I recently transferred from
Single bed to 2bed and I got helped by property manager Brenda in fixing all the issues in a day. I feel it’s hassle free move.

I’ve been here for 4 years now, I’ve never had any issues. Spencer and Brenda have always attentive. Any kinda of apartment issues they have addressed in a timely manner. I’ve been happy here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Terrible amenities service. The people are so irresponsable, the office do not take care of our packages. The people around is dangerous, I already lost almost $200dlls because someone stole my packages. Guess what the office gonna do about it!? NOTHING! They do NOT care about their residents. Weird ambient, vandalism, you have to be careful everything. DEFINITELY NOT SECURE!

The Assistant Manager is horrible. Horrible attitude, Horrible service. I went to tour a two bedroom and as soon as I walked in it was like an inconvenience to do a tour. I hope upper management sees this. Please do better.

I wish I could give them a lower rating. I moved out of my apartment to a different city over 3 months ago and have not gotten my deposit back till now! I have left multiple emails and voice messages for them and they have not resolved this issue and now it seems as though they are ignoring my calls and emails. This is frustrating, it is my money and they are not taking it seriously. I am highly disappointed in the front office staff there because they are acting incompetent. Aspen needs to do better! I just want my deposit that I am owed back!

We had the WORST experience trying to tour at Aspen. The leasing agent was giving us a terrible attitude from the beginning. The first thing she said to us was “What do you want? ” Not even a hello. She then asked us what we were looking for and we explained that we would like to see a 1 bedroom unit since we had scheduled a time to view the complex. She proceeded to tell us that there was no 1 or 2 bedroom units available to tour, but that she can show us a video which we were fine with. She then THROWS papers towards us, as well as the computer which showed the video. Her actions were extremely unprofessional. My husband kindly asked if there was anything available to tour (even a 3/4 bed unit would have been fine) and she raised her voice at us and said “No, I already told you I have nothing. ” She then she rolls her eyes at us. We immediately walked out. I highly believe her actions were unexplainable and management needs to talk to her about how she interacts with future residents. This interaction happened on 10/28/2023 at 12pm.

Terrible security. My car got broken 4 times and lot of theft happened in the apartments. Have garages they also have been broken into. BEWARE BEFORE MOVING HERE

Very poor maintenance and no security in the community. No CC tv cameras.
The mail room is always a mess and a headache to try to find your packages. This is not really the apartment's fault but the delivery people frequently do not place the packages in the right area so I spend an annoying amount of time having to dig through everyone's packages. No pool available for more than 80% of summer. Ac is malfunctioning every other week. No discount offered for these issues. Breezeway smells strongly of trash and Marijuana. Never power washed.

Pool has been "under maintenance" for literally 2 months now citing a broken gate and "chemical imbalance". Both of these reasons are just obviously sad excuses which should not take 2 months to correct. Ridiculous that one of the very few amenities we have available here has been made unavailable during peak season.

Walls are so thin I can literally hear my neighbors arguing on one side of the apartment and the other neighbors on the other side having loud bedroom noises ALL the time. Not to mention knowing exactly when my upstairs neighbors moved out and new ones moved in because I can hear everything they're doing up there including the type of music they're listening to.

Some of the things we are forced to pay additional fees for like trash valet should make things more convenient but they set out these specific rules for when we are expected to put our trash out while they never follow the actual time they said they would. The hallways frequently smell like trash and it just creates an environment for cockroaches to thrive in.

I had amazing experience with this apartment. Brenda she is amazing person and helped me out with all my concerns. Management is top class!

I’ve been living here for over a year and the quality has consistently decreased. Broken gym machines, large accumulations of trash and a disrespectful managing team. The maintenance team tries their best but it’s hard with such as mismanaged property ran by Spencer Roberts. They add on at least $100 extra in utilities (not including electricity) and $72 for spectrum every month. Not to mention broken elevators, broken AC units, roaches and limited parking. And the reviews are inflated by maintenance reviews. I would stop by the leasing office to discuss but they’re too busy not answering calls and ignoring their tenants. I would recommend anywhere else.

The thin blonde girl sitting at the front desk is so rude. She’d didn’t even greet us when we walked in and decided to ask if we have an appointment. We came in 20 minutes before her next appointment but she didn’t want to give us a tour because she didn’t wanna overbook her self. And all this she said in such a condescending way, like she has more important stuff to do than talk to us. I wasn’t gonna talk about this in a review but, she was very disrespectful in her tone and attitude. The building looks beautiful but when you walk inside the ambience is destroyed by her attitude.

When me and my gf got to the leasing office for a tour we were greeted by Natalie Ramirez and even though she said she’s had a busy day, her energy, her professionalism was amazing.

The apartment complex itself was okay me and my gf rated it a good 7.5 the area looked calm but something about the apartment itself personally didn’t fully catch my attention but still great place to check out and also great service!

Me and my bf were greeted by Natalie Ramirez as we scheduled a tour on a Saturday last afternoon as she said we were her last guests to tour her energy was great and professionalism was amazing giving us a full run down of what’s included in the complex.

The apartment complex itself was nice, VERY pet friendly if u have a fur baby.it’s definitely a consideration taking if you’re brand new into moving out on your own.

The way we were greeted for simply trying to view the actual apartment and layout was a problem. I was talked to about the prices like that would make me leave. I'm not from Texas but when someone does that, it feels discriminating and displeasing. Most people can view prices on site like I'd explain, I just wanted to say it in person
