Aspen Dental, San Antonio TX

So I've seen all the commercials will do ANYTHING to make you smile well not here I set an appointment for tomorrow she asks what are u needing done I say dental implants as it shows they do that she says the doctor out due to covid so to be honest I don't know who's coming in so I'm not sure how that will go (What does that mean) then she says we don't do dental implants we send you to someone else I had explained I had 2 previous bad experiences (Jefferson Dental, Affordable Dental Implant center) so still no one to help me and now my third Bad Experience but let's remember ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU SMILE RIGHT!

Not sure how they have the rating they do. First, I was told I had six cavities, which is wild because I brush twice a day. Went to another dentist and was told I only had two, but by this time I had already paid Aspen dental for my upcoming appointment, so I just went ahead and let them do their thing. I paid up front and everything was said to be taken care of. Then, I got a bill in the mail for $74. Imagine that. Now I’m fighting for them to reverse the charge that I already paid. Never again.

Ladies working there are awesome which is the only reason I'm giving as many stars as I am. But the fella the had there to stand in for their normal doctor SUCKED!

First time here at Aspen and the staff is phenomenal! The hygienist Glenda is amazing. She’s so sweet and careful—you can tell she’s very adept at what she does, given her thoroughness and dexterity. Dr. Rana and her assistants are great. I don’t think I’ve ever left the dentist feeling as cared for as I did today.

Great experience all around. I really like this office. I felt very comfortable and at ease the entire visit. The staff was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Aspen Dental office if you are looking for dental care.

Location was clean and the staff are super friendly. The Doctor explained my options to me very well and did not come across pushy or judgmental. This Location will become my new dentist office.

I must first say office manager and dental hygienist were the absolute best. I was deceived by the female doctor. She said she couldn’t do composites unless I had an expensive deep cleaning. 4000.00 billed to insurance and 800.00 out of pocket. When I show up for my composites she said she can only cover a few bottom teeth with resin and thats it. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have gone forward with any services at aspen dental. Im beyond upset with this dr. And feel like she only tried to sell a deep cleaning service. I was completely clear as to what i wanted. But in the end I walked out and refused to go forward with dr treatment plan. A complete waste of my money and time.

Dr. Mai Awadallah was Amazing as was her Staff! @ The S. W. Military Location.
I had some major work done on my Front Teeth today. They explained everything they were doing and the matching of the color was perfect, you can't tell the difference between my Natural and my temporary Crowns.
I would highly Recommend them.

I've been here multiple times and it hasn't been pleasant.
They wanted to remove 2 or 3 teeth right away, so I went to the dental school and they were able to save all 3 (only one was of true concern).
They've also tried to charge me without running my insurance before and I had to catch their mistake.

This was my first time to an Aspen Dental office. Everyone was very Professional and Friendly, They didn't make me feel pressured into any options for my dental care.

I do not like going to the dentist. Never have. This office is wonderful. From the minute I arrived, great customer service, great attitudes. The techs were great, the dentist was wonderful, management was helpful and friendly. Ill have to go through records and list some names. Still wouldn't be my outing of choice, but if I have to go to the dentist, this is the place

Best experience. My husband needed replacement denture due to our Black Lab used his as a chew toy. The process of replacement denture, financial arrangements and appointment scheduling was extremely easy and left the office with a total understanding and clear expectations. We were treated as if we were long time established patients and very familiar with existing dental needs as if family. To date this is our second visit and the start of treatment

My insurance sent me a list of providers that accept my discount plan, rather than a list of providers that accept my actual dental insurance. I wound up here and was surprised to find out they weren't in network with my insurance. I got the cleaning and exam anyway because they had a special going on.

The staff was AMAZING, and they all interacted positively with one another with a helpful attitude. It seemed like people liked working there, and were happy to help customers.

I ended up coming back for my filling which I was super nervous about, just because I had such a great experience the first time. The staff was nice, and even made me laugh! Everyone seems skilled at their jobs as well.

Excellent visit. Very professional yet very friendly and set such a relaxing mood. W the dentist explained exactly what I needed. And set me up eith a set price and finance options. I was in comfortable at first because I did not have insurance. The everyone who was involved treated me professionally and have gotten me on the right track. Everyone was so professional. Looking forward to my next visit. I strongly reommend this ASPEN clinic.

Entire staff is friendly and courteous. They all are very caring and have my health as a top priority. I appreciate them all.

My mother was attended with care and helped with deciding the best option in correcting her dental problem. She is very satisfied the results.
