Best experience I've had at any dentist. Everyone is so nice, patient and understanding. Staff is very welcoming and helpful

Very fast and efficient while also being very friendly and informative. 10/10 would recommend to those in need of teeth care

The actual dental staff is professional and friendly. They were able to do everything for me just right and even made sure to schedule me as soon as possible. The hygienist was my favorite (I didn't get her name, but she had reddish hair) and Beth was awesome too!

Only small con was that I wish their was communication that I was getting an exam first and then they do the cleaning depending on your condition. I was able to get it all done the same day though, but wasn't aware it would possibly be seperate appointments

That may have been a miscommunication with the front desk, which while they are nice to patients, they just seem to be easily annoyed at their job, so it just comes off as a bit negative compared to the rest of the staff. I enjoyed this office though and will definitely come again!

They have awesome technology with how they take x-rays and how they treat the patient with care and patients. But the only thing they said they would prescribe me a stronger medicine for pain and didnt. I got to pharmacy they said they didn't send anything. I called left a message and still have not returned my phone call. I thought they would follow through but all they try to get you in and try hard too make an appt. With you. But dont care about the patients needs at time of service.

This office is the worst place to get any dental work done. My husband paid $7000 for dentures that are horribly made and of course they don’t back up their product. He was due his last cleaning and when he arrived he was told it would be $200. Of course once they collect your money you are no longer a concern to them. I reached out to management with no success. I guess that’s who they get their training from. But I’m moving to report this issue in hopes that other patients don’t experience the horrible service.

Great facilities, and incredible staff. Very straightforward answers to my questions. Everyone was kind and courteous. Extremely helpful. I will be making this my regular spot for my dental needs.

I had had a great experience at a different Aspen Dental and was hoping for a similar experience after moving and having to switch locations. When I first arrived, the waiting area had an awful smell. I wasn't sure what it was, but I didn't make a deal of it. When I got taken back to do my x-rays, the woman who did them was rude. I had had these done before, so I knew what it felt like and that they were uncomfortable. But as she was doing them they didn't feel like they were laying right and it was painful when I bit down. The woman seemed very annoyed with my discomfort and only continued to push them harder. When I had scheduled my appointment, I had said specifically I was needing to get my 6 month cleaning done. After the x-rays, I was then told that because this was my first time at this location they didn't have time to do my cleaning that morning and would need to come back that afternoon. This made no sense to me since this is what I had come in for in the first place and I had no major changes in my oral health. I also have a full time job that I was already taking time off for, so asking for more time that same day was not going to be possible. Fortunately, they did end up doing it, but once again it seemed like it was annoying for them. I will say, the actual dentist who checked for cavities, etc.was super polite and gentle. I believe her name was Dr. Green, but I'm not 100% sure. If she was working at a different facility I would definitely go back to her. Based on the overall experience though, I will not be coming back.

Absolutely awful experience. I had an awful experience with them before, but I was desperate and knew the dentist had changed so I tried them again today…. Unfortunately, they are still terrible, incompetent, and lacking all empathy. I left and went to a different dentist office who was 100 times better, apologized for the way I was treated at Aspen and got me the healthcare I needed. Do not go here.

Edit/Update: The office manager called me today after receiving my review to see what happened. To be clear, she did not ask me to change my review, but I feel it is the right thing to do as my opinion has changed a bit since writing the original review.

My main complaint has to do with the Dentist herself who had a surprisingly terrible bedside manner. I have several medical conditions that I felt were dismissed and not taken seriously or treated with kindness. I also felt gaslit by her questioning. Furthermore, I was not given next steps like needing an antibiotic because of my tooth infection. That was later told to me at the next dentist’s office…they very surprised that the Aspen dentist had not recommended this course of treatment as it is the standard of care for this type of infection.

This being said, I understand we all have bad days and I requested that there be a simple conversation with the dentist about handling people with PTSD or anxiety in the future so they do not have to experience the same kind of dismissive & negligent treatment that I received. I have faith that this conversation will be had & the dentist can take the constructive criticism and improve on this area of practice.

Finally, the office manager & xray tech were extremely kind throughout the process. Therefore, because of the genuine care and concern of why I originally rated them 1 star and the commitment to have that conversation with the dentist, I have changed this rating to 3 stars.

Great staff and intake smooth operation great Dr. Exam.and x-ray screen for oral cancer $30. Highly recommend them.

My wife went there for a lose crown, the doctor, Uzoma CHinedu Obah, did not want to do an evaluation and just like that said you need a circonium crown, wouldn't let my wife ask anything or provide options. Worst dental clinic ever, stay away

I was able to get an appointment right away. The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming and the atmosphere was very inviting. This is the first time I did not feel anxious. The wait was short and the doctor was excellent. Everyone explained everything that was happening in great detail. I will gladly refer anyone that needs a dentist to this office
