My experience was great as far as going to the dentist goes. Everyone was beyond kind and extremely helpful. Nice clean environment as well.

Can’t keep an appoint time. Whatever time you’re set to go in be prepared to wait another few hours. They treat emergencies as a joke.

Says they accept my insurance comes down to it they do not after going around and around with them they won’t send my X-rays for 3 days. Do not recommend

Avoid Aspen Dental. The office in Mt Pleasant told.multiple patients including me that I had a serious gum disorder and needed a deep cleaning immediately at a cost of several thousand dollars. They offered a discount if I allowed them to do the work during this visit. I fell for it and paid $1500. I was supposed to come back and get my crown replaced, which is why I went there to begin with. I got to thinking about my unexpected emergency work that prevented my crown being repaired and went to another dentist. I asked about my gums and emergency work and he told me I got taken. He said Aspen does this to all their patients. Don't go to Aspen but if you do and this happens get a second opinion.

I ended up here to get a dental clearance for surgery. I was told that I needed to have $1000 deep cleaning procedure done in order to get the signature so I did. After that, they decided I needed a root canal because they saw shadow above a tooth. I’ve had no sensitivity no pain and no issues and even brought in old x-rays so they could see there was nothing there. The shadow was there three years previous. Now I’m here still needing the signature. If you’re looking for a money pit, here’s your place.

Serve was excellent and very informative on procedures needed as well informative of what they entitled.
Cost was discussed on which procedure I could do immediately and whether or not to go with the full mouth procedure.
Price was comparable with other dental services.
I left feeling very positive about my overall visit.

My experience with Aspen Dental in Mount Pleasant, TX was very poor customer service. I was not treated as a patient in need but treated as a number to process. The wait time to see the Doctor was almost 1 hour. The treatment to be provide was a cash register checklist. In other words, the "bedside" manners was very poor and I would not return or recommend.

I loved the dentist and the dental hygienist. However, the billing department doesn't know what they are doing. My insurance even told them this.we overpaid and they acted as if they were refunding us and it's been weeks and no refund to the card still. Also they didn't put coded in for my antibiotics that were needed for the full scaling on my teeth so my gums didn't get infected. We asked them to do so because the insurance said they needed it not a generic blank code. THey need codes of what it is for or a letter from the hygienist stating what it was for and it was a lot of money I paid out of pocket that my insurance will pay if they will just tell them what it's for and they still haven't. They refused to run my insurance before my service so I had to pay almost a $1000 down. My insurance has paid their part plus extra that I paid and I haven't been refunded bc the lady in the office said she didn't know how to then told my husband she'd put it on my card and it's still not there. Just like the antibiotics information still isn't with the insurance company. Until this is resolved I wouldn't recommend going to this location due to billing issues. However the dentist and hygienist is amazing so hopefully they can get their billing team to do better before they lose business over this. I have a family of 8 so that would have been a lot of business.

First initial appointment since moving back to the area. Initial paperwork was on an electronic tablet. Then X-rays and super easy. Met the dental hygienist who did a very thorough explanation of my X-rays. The dentist confirmed everything and we formulated a treatment plan. Then off to the Office Manager for financial information. Then back for water jet cleaning, she used numbing jell multiple times to help. Great Individualized graceous professional care! Thanks everyone!

Staff up there is not very professional. I tried updating my insurance, but they ended up charging me and not updated my insurance on time. When doing invisalign, they're never on time, it is always later than expected.
