Aspen Hospice and Palliative Care, Austin TX

I can't begin to thank all the wonderful people at Aspen Hospice! I had always been under the misconception that hospice care was only for people with cancer or in pain that were about to die. I was so wrong! When my 94 year old mother was in her last days we contacted Aspen and they came and took all the difficulties over. They are absolutely incredible! From our very 1st meeting with Angie (nurse), Eli (support), and Jennifer (social worker), and Robert (paster), the heavy weight on my shoulders was lifted. The care for my mother was beyond compare and the support for myself and my family was unending. Lori P. (my mother's main nurse), Shannon (after-hours nurse), and Angie (introduction nurse) were all so caring and kind. Jennifer and Larla were the wonderful social workers that comforted me and helped me to stay sane during an incredibly hard time. They told me what to expect, things I didn't need to worry about, and what to be on the lookout for. Then on top of everything else, Robert, one of Aspen's pastors, came and spoke to me, held my hand and prayed with me.
The night that my mother passed was filled with such sadness and so many tears, but Lori was there to take care of everything and we didn't need to do anything else. I can't begin to say what a HUGE help and relief that was.
There are just not enough words available to thank all of these precious people for everything that they did to help my mother in her final days and to get me through those days and beyond. I will be forever grateful for their caring hearts, positive outlooks, and love that they showed me, my sweet mother, and my family! They are all truly a blessing from God.

Our experience has been awesome they have gone above and beyond our expectations and we are thoroughly satisfied!

I been at a facility for the last 6 months and Joyce gave me a shower on Sunday I haven't had a shower that good since I've been here I highly recommend her for your services. Aspen Hospice she's a keeper. If I ever have to have Hospice in the future I will definitely choose you.

If you're wondering where to place your loved one for great care I recommend Aspen Hospice they have a great team. I work with one of their CNA's Joyce Estelle and she believes in taking good care of our patients.

This is a great place to work. The team really cares about one another and that carries over to the team loving every patient we have.

When Joyce comes she take such good care of the patients. They’re always so calm when she leave. Feelin fresh. She’s awesome!
