Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Arlington TX

I absolutely love this place. This atmosphere is wonderful. The employees here are friendly and nice. From the front counter to PA in the room they were all very clear explaining everything and took the time with me. I appreciate it and I will be back.

UPPER MANAGEMENT (KIM MARTINEZ) IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION!

People there are great. Getting someone on the phone to answer a question is almost IMPOSSIBLE.

Do NOT Use Aspire!
The staff and PAs are nice, but billing and scheduling are horrendous! You pay, but they never credit your account and keep sending bills until you call to have them finalize the credit. You make an appointment and if they change their hours they simply cancel your appointment without warning and you show up to a nasty note- pad "Effective Immediately" sign taped to the front door. You call and leave several messages and no one EVER responds or returns your call. I regret seeing them, but another allergy facility will not accept their testing results.

Was very surprised at how nice everyone was. Met with a PA who spent time explaining things to me.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Nurse Jackie was phenomenal! I have been to so many ENTs only to find they never listened or treated my issue. I am more knowledgeable after 1 appointment with Nurse Jackie than after 5 appointments with ENT doctors. She was extremely informative, kind, warm, thoughtful! She made me feel heard and seen! I received a CT scan that Nurse Jackie walked me through, because of her I am equipped to make great decisions for my health! LOVE HER! Thank you so much Jackie and team! I would have paid top dollar for this service but the cost was fair for the service I received!

THey run on time staff is very nice. I had Megan the PA, and she was so patient and kind. I enjoyed the way she explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

After waiting on hold for 30+ minutes, someone picked up. I asked if my insurance would be accepted and if they can check how much my visit would cost. The response I received was "Yes, we accept that insurance, but we wouldn't be able to tell you your cost until the day before the appointment. You'd have to call your insurance yourself to find out. " Right before asking my second question, the female receptionist hung up the phone. Based on the 4/5 star reviews here, I was not expecting that. Guess they don't need any more patients.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. My allergies are better than they were and improving. Thank you Aspire.

I have had allergies all my life and I am 58 and have been to other allergy doctor I have never been educated as much as Ii was when I seen the PA Megan and the staff was wonderful
