I recently been going to this office and I have to say it's fantastic, from the staff being polite and caring for your needs to Doctor Waibel being understanding and informative. He understands that the patient is the priority. I have been to many doctors these few months, and I have to say he is one of the best. He allowed me to customize my treatment and change the order of the process after hearing about my problems because no one knows the problem as well as yourself. He also considers the cost of treatment, gives all information up front, and prints it out for you to take home. Definetly recommend this office for allergy and sinus problems.

Dr. Kirk Waibel is a genuinely kind hearted person. Very intelligent. Right away knew what was going on with my son after suffering for 15 years. I’m so grateful for his honest work towards us that leaving a great review is so minimal on how we feel.

Great Dr, staff & Easy convenient offices. Awesome phone & email system to contact for questions & inquiries. Always a pleasant visit.however, I am switching my monthly visits from the Broadway office to the Stone Oak office as it is conveniently much closer to my house. Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Waibel and Aspire Allergy Staff. You all are doing an awesome job!

I had a very good visit today with Dr. Waibel. I had been using Afrin nasal spray for 45+ years and he worked out a plan for me to get off that spray. And it absolutely worked out great. I’m very happy now! Thank you Dr. Waibel you really are the best!

I've been going to this allergy clinic for going on 4 years now and man have I had an experience! It's been 95% great! The only issues over the years has been the ability to contact this office by phone as it always throws you to a call center somewhere else and you can't reach the doctor here. Email has been a bit better but still not great. Often times you're thrown to the nurse line as well which isn't great. But I digress, I started coming here just to get an allergy test done and to get shots and/or drops like I used to get years back with my old primary doctor who unfortunately retired. I've never been able to breathe through my nose like at all but taking allergy drops and Zyrtec largely cuts back on a lot of the sneezing and itchy eyes and scratchy throat. It has helped me be able to smell again but still I've always had this congestion where I couldn't breathe through my mouth. It's caused a ton of problems including low energy and feeling like I need 9/10 hours of sleep a night just to feel rested. Dr. Waibel not only did the tests on me and got me drops but tweaked them over the years to try to get me better relief. Sadly it didn't budge much! Finally he suggested I get a CT scan to see what's going on inside and determined I needed a vivair treatment, turbinate reductions and balloon sinuplasty. Now I can happily say I can breathe 80% better! It's remarkable how much better I can breathe through my nose! This place had stuck with me thtough a very long road and I'm so appreciative! I applaud the Alamo Heights clinic of Aspire and Dr. Waibel! They've worked miracles for me!

Great doctor very nice and informative. They actually care about your symptoms and seem willing to do whatever is necessary to fix them. I highly recommend.

Dr. Waibel was fantastic! He actually listens to you and asks if you have any questions. He really cares and gives you his attention and that is rare to find. I feel confident in him completely.

Dr. Waibel is incredibly thorough, patient, and very kind. Everyone in the office is lovely to work with and personable. Dr. Waibel explained everything clearly and took his time, making every symptom, possible cause, and potential treatment easy to understand. The office is very clean and welcoming. I don’t always have the best luck with doctors and am quite thankful I found this office.
