Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Round Rock TX

I'm editing my review because this location is never consistent with their hours. They say you can come in at 7am for your shot but i show up and no ones there. Then if I go in the afternoon it's to late and they turn me away. I only chose to come here Because coming at 7am was convenient because i work until 330 which is apparently the time they stop doing shots. I do not like the inconsistencies with this company. I'll be going to my primary care doctor as soon as possible.

Don't normally leave negative reviews but I feel like I need to share my experience.

I scheduled an appointment with Aspire Allergy & Sinus 2 weeks out. In preparation I was told I needed to get off my allergy medication which is understandable! I took time off work and showed up to my appointment. When I checked in the receptionist told me that I wasn't in the system. Never had this happen before and was shocked because of their frequent messages to me confirming the appointment, but I understand that things happen. So I asked if I could schedule a future appointment. As I told the receptionist my information she told me I was in the system! Scheduled on a random day another 2 weeks out from our current appointment.

Long story short I told them that I didn't want this to happen again as I am not taking my allergy medication for a long time. I asked the receptionist if she could email me a confirmation that I for sure have an appointment this time. She responded saying she can't send me anything to confirm it, but that she could print off a piece of paper saying I have an appointment. Confused, I agreed and looked forward to my appointment!

2 weeks later I pull up for my scheduled visit to see that the office is randomly closed during my appointment. Very shocked with the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I would not recommend

My migraines due to allergies has minimize. Love my continuous experience and loving my results

They are quite expensive depending on your insurance. I will say their Customer Service for Billing is not good. I was charged for something I didnt want or approved in June 23 and now in Oct 23 I have still not received that refund. I would be cautious on payments and billing they are not that good when it comes to that department.

Very informative consultation. Good Understanding about cost implications of testing and alternatives.

I had a very good experience at this facility. The front desk was helpful in getting some forms filled out. The PR was very knowledgeable and had a good understanding of my concerns. A plan was given to me for possible solutions to my concerns.

Was very nervous about going and getting injections for testing. Staff were very friendly, professional and fun. Ease my mind and walked me through the whole process. Doctor was helpful informative, went over all my opinions for treatment. Looking forward to receiving my drops. Thank you for a excellent service.

The provider is one of the best we ever have. Every time he is the same well rounded and thoughtful with out issues.

Thankful for the care I received! I have suffered for 20+ years with allergies and sinus issues, I do believe we have a great plan to get things managed and better quality of life!

Beware.wrongly billed. We were billed for the service we didn’t use. No one responds on the phone number in the bill. Email responses are very slow, yet our question regarding billing is not answered

My appointment was with Kyle Bartschmid PAC. He, and all staff I interacted with, were professional, knowledgeable and kind. A very positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and informative and provided different options to tackle my allergy problems. We have a course of action planned out and I am already feeling better after just one visit. I would highly recommend them.
