Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Katy TX

Great experience! Staff are always friendly and Doctor C is always patient and takes her time. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor who truly cares about my child and takes the time to figure out what he really needs.

Not happy. The visit went well and thought I would get better service. Dr stated she was going to prescribe my child a medication and still have not received or heard back from the office. Our appt was mid May. I have called, left messages and used the Klara app. No response. I am having horrible luck finding a good allergy center

It’s really difficult to find doctors that care about your well-being and not the dollar sign. Definitely recommend the Katy location as they really like to get to the bottom of what the issue is and don’t just go all willy nilly and brush you off. Been 3 separate occasions and they have been phenomenal from the front desk back to the exam.

The Team at Aspire Allergy & Sinus has seen me at my worst, battling Hives caused by Lupus that hadn't wavered, and in fact, were getting steadily worse, after a year with no relief. They started one month after chemo stopped, and none of my doctors knew how to battle them, until I met Chandra McDonald and Team. Chandra is so kind, and so eager to help, and so very, very smart. She nailed it on the treatment. Nailed it. With a month or so, I was itch-free. And all the Ladies there have been so kind and professional and caring. My Son is about to switch allergists.guess where he is going!? !

Everything went well on our appointment. The Doctor and Nurses and all the staffs are friendly, helpful and very Knowlegeable.

Best surgical team I’ve ever encountered. Doctors honestly care about their patients. Office visits are centered around the patient and their needs and concerns.

Dr. Christians was wonderful. She took the time to help my son and didn’t rush the process. My teenage son felt comfortable and hopeful to see a difference in his health.

I would like to share an incident that I consider as fraud. I was tricked to pay 128.00 $ to Aspire Allergy and Sinus located at Kingsland Blvd, Katy, Texas.
I went to Aspire allergy clinic located at Kingsland Blvd Katy, after hearing their advertisement on radio, where they claim" to do Allergy testing ''. When I called to book an appointment, I specifically asked her for blood allergy testing and not a doctor’s appointment. I was given a date for an “allergy testing apt. ” and the person who booked the apt, did not clarify that this is a doctor’s apt. The way I went about booking this appointment was by calling multiple places that popped up via internet search and the first two places where I called for appointment, told me clearly, “We don’t do allergy testing”.

Anyways, I showed up at the place and told them I have today's appointment for blood allergy testing (I was v clear about my pupose of visit). The front office person gave me a form and directed me to a room to wait and fill in the form. While I filled the form, he said, “You are here for blood testing for allergy right? You have two options, you can either see a doctor, which will cost you $128.00$ or you will have to pay $600 + $ 900 + $200 for blood testing. He clearly specify that $200$ will be the fee to collect your sample and transfer the blood sample from here to the lab. ” I was concerned with the hefty fees, so I took a couple of minutes to make a quick phone call and then informed the person who asked me the question that I would like to get the blood test done. I clearly communicated to this person that I did not want to see the doctor before I had my blood test reports. I requested them to draw my blood since I was sick of the allergies. He asked me to wait and meanwhile, fill the form.

After some time, a lady came and started talking to me. She told me that we don’t do blood testing and that I need to visit Quest lab When I told her My sole purpose of the visit was to do the blood testing to find out what’s causing the issues I am concerned about, she told me that they don’t do any bloodwork there. Finally, she told me she was the Dr.and that I owed her $128.00 for this “consultation”, which I HAD TO PAY. Then I questioned her and asked her about the information provided to me previously i.e.
the whole talk about $900 +$600 +$200$, and what was that $200 blood transfer fee to the lab was about. She did not answer me and rudely left the room. I waited there for some time thinking someone will come and answer me. When no one came in, I went out of the room.

As I was about to leave, they forced me to pay the $128. This way I was misguided and mislead to believe that I was getting tested for allergies. I feel absolutely cheated and tricked by the personnel who work in this facility. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I was literally 5 min late and they told me I cannot be seen. I drive over 45 min to get there. They said I should have come 15 min before. I showed them the text msg showing the time I received in text msg to arrive at and I was there only 5 min after that time. The nurse said there are 2 other patients inside already. I said that while the doctor is seeing them, I can fill out paperwork. They said no those 2 people will not let them be done by 5pm.
The end result is that they overbook people and then expect that one of them doesn’t show up or is 5 min late, so they can finish on time.
