Jacob was fantastic through and through. He got me a pre-approval letter in less than 10 hours when we needed to make a quick offer. He then shopped several different lenders and fought super hard for us to get the best possible interest rates and lock them in early. The entire process was easy for us because Jacob handled most of the paperwork and underwriting tasks for us. My work schedule has been crazy for the last several weeks, so I wasn’t able to do anything during during regular work hours. Jacob made himself available any time of day or night - I could call or text him and get a response immediately. I emphatically recommend Jacob to anyone needing a mortgage or refinance!

As a real estate investor, I have closed on two houses now with Jacob and I cannot recommend him enough. Jacob and Aspire, as a mortgage brokerage, will shop for the best rates in the market - you are not stuck with a single lender. Jacob has multitudes of lenders at his disposal and will leverage the market in your/ your client's favor. As far as service, Jacob is always available, concise, informed, and respectful. But don't confuse his respectfulness for meekness, he is absolutely willing to "go to bat" on your behalf when the other party (Seller, Buyer, Title, Lender Agent) is not working in your interests. Work with Jacob and you will know for 100% you are getting the best rates and customer service available.
