Aspire Vision Care reviews
21I got a very detailed exam. Allison listened to my history and concerns. She explained in detail her findings and reviewed the computer images with me. They have all the latest diagnostic equipment there. All very professional and reasonable prices. This was my first visit there after switch from another long time optometrist that I was less pleased with. I will make this my new eye doctor.
If you are looking for a great place to get your next glasses, then look no further than Aspire Vision Care in Round Rock. Friendly, helpful staff will make sure you are completely satisfied with your eye wear from picking out frames to making sure they fit properly.
Staff is patient, thoroughly explains everything and good about letting us know our options.
Within a few minute's was the the office at Aspire Vision, just had enough time to make a coffee (BTW the coffee is free). Very friendly office staff made feel right at home. Their equipment is up to date and very clean, felt very comfortable.
You can also order and see their assortment of glasses, and if you want other frames they can also order them.
I highly recommend Aspire Vision Care.
Dr. Lumby and her team were very knowledgeable and the eye exam was quick and painless. No more of those drops that dilate your eyes! Our entire family (kids too) come here and we love it!
Friendly staff, informative and professional! They have been superb with their customer service. They have tried several times to alert me about cancelations and tried to get me in sooner. Wonderful service.
Great team, very thorough examination, full on technologically ahead of most I’ve ever seen, and very kind people.
A great place friendly and full of knowledge, which they share. I should of explored Dry eye but did not think of it until starting this review.

It was so nice to go to get my glasses prescription and not be rushed. I've had some very impatient optometrists before. My eyes water at times and it slows down the process. Dr. Jussel is very personable and patient while I dabbed my eyes to see. I also enjoyed working with Chris to get the look I wanted for my glasses/sunglasses. They gave me a great deal on a second pair. My vision is very important to me and I really appreciated the attitude of all 3 people who helped me.
Dr. Guenthner was very patient and thorough with the eye exam. She is very knowledgeable and explained my eye program in details. She also gave me tips on how to take care of my eyes. Dr. Guenthner is our family eye doctor for over eight years. Highly recommend!
My daughter and I had such a great experience with Prerana, Dr. Lumby, and Steven. From pre-testing to the eye exams and glasses selection, everyone was really helpful and very friendly. By far the most thorough testing I’ve ever had done. Great place!
Dr. Lumby is exceptionally patient and thorough when assisting us in comprehending the pros and cons of choosing a procedure. We have been visiting them for the past year and always consistent. Our family relies on their expertise for all our eye care needs. The facility is immaculate and offers a wide range of frame options for easy selection.
I’ve been with Aspire for over ten years and will continue to be a loyal customer. Their flexibility and overall customer service is what keeps me coming back.
Everyone is so nice! Scheduling my original appointment was funny because I was scheduling for my best friend as well and they were able to get us both in at the same time. We’re adults… I also broke my Prada glasses and they were so helpful to get them fixed!
Doctor was great. The optician added things that were unnecessary and dramatically increased the price of our lenses, without asking or explaining what it was for. I only knew to ask about those items because i had already disputed the items added to my other daughter’s lenses. All four people in my family need glasses and it is inconsiderate to assume families can pay for so much out of pocket. I suggest that opticians explain what is covered by insurance and what is minimally necessary/required by the doctor’s orders and then let the patient/family decide if they want more.
While the staff was friendly, there was a definite lack of communication about the purchase agreement for glasses. I was told when I purchased my daughters glasses that the lenses could be changed within 3 months if her prescription changed. I sought a second opinion on her prescription and when I brought the new one to them, I was told they couldn’t change lenses unless it was one of their doctors. If that is the policy, fine, but that information was not communicated and I am out $350 on a pair of glasses she can’t use.
The best eye dr office I have ever been to. Friendly personnel every time I have been there. When I need to order contacts I get the best service ever, friendly and willing to help.
Great experience at Asire filling my prescription! Very helpful staff that answered questions.
We have been going to Aspire and Dr. Guenthner for about 10 years. She sees myself, my husband, and our 4 kids. Dr. G and her staff are wonderful and very professional. We have only had positive experiences and I would highly recommend Aspire to anyone!
Been going here for several years and everyone is great and Dr. Lumby is very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!
