Lilly Rivas has provided great service to our condo assoc. We can always count on her to assist our property manager to get our projects done. They are very courteous and always willing to answer any questions I might have.

I needed some guidance on a property improvement submission. My computer skills are well.not the strongest! Heather Leyva from the AAM team was absolutely the best coach I could ask for. She was patient and informative guiding me through the process. When I completed the application she looked it over and let me know it was complete. This would have been a total nightmare without her help. Thank you Heather.

Running a sub division for a HOA must bring plenty of challenges, but I have found the staff and in particular Heather Leyva to be very diligent, responsive and really dedicated to making it the best it can be.

My HOA switched to AAM about 2 yrs ago. Heather Leyva is our community manager. I’ve reached out to her as a resident seeking answers to questions on HOA restrictions, quarterly dues, & budget reports. Heather has always been happy to help, responds in a timely manner, & will point me to resources I can refer to for information.

I’ve also worked with Heather in an HOA Board capacity where I served on the Social & Communication committees. I appreciated her quick email turnaround when working with our communications deadlines. She was open to my feedback & suggestions on improving our resident experience with AAM. She worked diligently with the appropriate AAM departments to have them implemented.

Heather and Lily Rivas have done a phenomenal job the last 2 yrs. It has been a pleasure communicating with these ladies as a resident and while working with them while on a committee.

Lilly Rivas competently addressed all my concerns regarding the upcoming neighborhood gate code change. Although we communicated via email and voice mail she responded in a timely manner. Thank you, Lilly.
