Review update: BEWARE! I was told a certain rate on n my loan but they put a different rate on the paperwork. Happened twice! On my credit card rate and my personal loan rate. Representative says he doesn't remember telling me the rate I heard but the reason I accepted was because of the rate. Next time record the conversation.

Jonathan was an amazing Vice President! He walked me step by step to open my business account and is extremely knowledgeable about business and funding my new company. Will always use his expertise in the future. Thanks for all your help

I needed to get 2 auto loans. After going to 2 places and having to wait for a pending 24hrs approval from the underwriter I decided to stop by ACU. Jonathan is the manager there, and helped me get 2 approved auto loans within the same day and with better rates than the others financial institute. He’s very professional and really takes his time to help you. I will return for future business and recommend friends and family. Excellent experience!

I love banking with ACU but most of all the branch manager Johnathan Santos is just amazing! He is the best and simple helps out so much and gets things done my experience has been definitely a 5 star bc of him. I definitely feel that if he wasn’t there that location wouldn’t be as good. Johnathan has helped me with my 2 car loans and also has helped me set up 5 of my wife and its business accounts. Definitely happy I can count on him

It is always a very pleasant experience at the ACU branch on Fairmont Parkway. I’m sad that this branch is closing due to the young ladies there that have attended me for the last year that I’ve been a member. Merly is an absolute gem and I love interacting with her every time I go to make payment on my loan and credit card. She makes it a point to know you on a personal basis, she greets you with a smile & has bubblie attitude, she is always happy, energetic and is an absolute asset to your bank. She got to know me by name, which I find so pleasing because it tells me she loves her job and cares about the members to know them up close & personal. I can’t express how grateful I am for her and every pleasant experience I encountered with her!

Merly at your Pasadena HEB store helped me today. I would like to comment on how professional and helpful she was. She has helped me with my account many times and always with a smile on her face. Today I had about 50 questions enough to stress anyone out but Merle kept a smile on her face and was sooo courteous. SHE went above and beyond what could be expected. THANK YOU MERLE FOR ALL YOU DO.

The entire experience was fantastic I must say I did not know that service this good still existed. After Covid things have been really bad. But when I say I was shocked at the way I was treated and how efficient the staff was and when I say Mr. Santos did a spectacular job. Never have I had such a great experience in banking. I had a wonderful experience at this location. When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming atmosphere. I was then assisted by Mayra who is absolutely amazing. It’s a little far from me, but definitely worth the drive!

I purchased a new car and it was originally financed through Wells Fargo with my first payment being due on May 16th. I transferred my financing to ACU and my 1st payment was suppose to be due on May 28th but somehow that got switched to April 28th. So ACU called me to tell me that my payment was late and that there was a balance still due on the 2019 Camry which was totalled in a car accident. I told ACU that was impossible. My first payment was due on May 28 and I had GAP insurance so nothing should be owed at this time. I emailed my ACU finance guy. J Santos.and he responded back.almost immediately and after hours. He said he would look into this first thing in the morning. I took yesterday off to go see him to see what was going on. J Santos at your Cypress location took care of everything. The date the first payment is due was corrected to May and ACU is waiting on approx. $130 from the extended car warranty I had purchased when I bought the 2019 Camry. I had only owned the Camry for about 3 months before it got totalled. I was not happy that I had to lose one day of pay from work.but I was thrilled that J Santos got it all cleared up. I think J Santos went above and beyond to insure I remained a satisfied customer.

Jonathan help me with the application for an auto loan thanks to him i had the easiest fastes process ive been through he really works well with you to get you what you need!

We just came to create our bank account and Jonathan helped us out with everything he was very nice and it was great costumer service. The process was great he explained any questions we had which was great!
