This is the most horrible appliance repair ever! They scheduled a second appointment to add freon in my refrigerator after the first appt. 3 days ago. Never showed up and when called said they did not have me on their schedule (but sent an email confirming). Also, my refrigerator was under warranty and a Kenmore service rep would have to repair. No phone call to let me know several days ago. Do not use the company!
Eldar came and fixed our dryer as soon as the heat in our dryer stopped working. Fixed it and it’s working like brand new!

I requests a service to repair a fridge. Provided model number and the issue (not cooling). Waited 3 days to get a service tech to take a look at it and incorrectly diagnose it. Waited another 3 days for service hand to diagnose and order a new another part. Now I’m waiting another 3 days and hope the correct part has been ordered. I and without a fridge for over 2 weeks! The Astro Appliance has no contingency planning, is poor managed and certainly would not recommend it. I am without a cooler for over two weeks now which is unacceptable.
Josh, the service tech, is absolutely great. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. But whoever it is that answers the phone to schedule appointments or is supposed to call customers back, ruins the company as a whole. They seem incompetent with basic things, like calling a customer back after a change in work order has occurred. I only have to deal with them bc of my Lowe's protection plan, whose customer service is also awful.
We are very pleased with the service we received associated with our cooktop repair. Not only was the technician able to come out within hours of submitting a work order, but the technician was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgable.
Eldar (our technician) made a visible effort to resolve our problem as quickly as possible. Eldar diagnosed the issue, left to retrieve the part he needed, and was back to finish the repair within 2 hours. I was expecting a much longer timeline. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone.
Rep Said he was going to order 2 parts for the dryer. He repaired the one issue and said nothing. The phone rep basically called me a liar and said we didn't say we were ordering 2 parts because it's not covered by my warranty company. He in fact did say it. Didn't tell me it wasn't covered and he didn't have the part until he arrived today.not good business practices. No communication. I told the rep this is bad business. And I'm leaving a bad review.she said I don't care.
Eldar was very good and most of all NICE! If there ever a problem with my dryer again please send him to fix it for me. Very professional. My mechanic (dryer) sounds great and run perfect.
