Cool store.but horrible service, store is always a mess there is always random items everywhere and I don’t know who the lady was but I asked her where an item was and she just responded like I was bothersome. Never again at this location.

Tons of things for the house. If you're looking for a particular item and can't find it, you'll probably find it here in a variety of choices.

Drive from Laredo to San Antonio in order to go shopping there. Has a lot of home decor things. They also have patio furniture.

Our order had not actually arrived when were notified. Clerk corrected the problem and order was filled in two days.

Told cashier about shattered picture frame in an aisle and she never called anyone to clean it up. No concern for customer safety!

I bought several cushions, different sizes to take home. This is now the "exchange" for the exact print & sizes I want.geez.that was a train wreck. Here's my FINAL issue.
At Home Debited the original $125.
[Got $$ immediately]
Refunded my $$ by Credit
[Takes up to 3 Business Days to get refunded]
Then Debited my New cushions of $150+ today.
[Again, paid immediately]
Please explain how this works in the customers best interest?

I still think of this store as Garden Ridge. I like shopping here and always seem to leave with much more than I was looking for when I went.

Beautiful selection of Home decor but it's very pricey. It is on the other hand very good quality products for the most part. Never really see floor staff anywhere around if you have questions or concerns.

The furniture is decent and well priced but the employees have no idea what is going on. Home delivery is available from a third a third party provider and the cost of delivery is very expensive $150 for a delivery less than 4 miles away.

This warehouse of a store has everything you can think of.stuff you need, stuff you didn't know you needed.most things are fairly priced. I don't mind tagging along to this store.
