They tell you that communication is key, but you can't reach anyone or hear back from them on ANYTHING. Than they say they offer the services (speech therapy) but they don't have a speech therapist for our area! Someone in the office screws up paperwork beyond belief. I'm looking to make sure my child has the services she needs, not be held back. Next time I will be telling the primary that it CANNOT be at home health care. The first time they had to do a reevaluate, they were late on doing it, than it was 6+ months before anyone even tried to make contact (I have proof) THEN have the NERVE to tell me communication is key. The workers I've encountered are great. Management and office personnel is piss poor

I would not recommend this company to anybody for any reason. If you have an interview run for the hills. Especially for Central Intake if there was a way to give zero stars I would. Gabby is very rude and condescending, and the managers enabled her horrible behavior because she does all of the work. Why? Because they are so rude, condescending to all of their new hires they can't get anyone in there long enough to fill those seats. Gabby is uncomfortable with anyone knowing more information than she does even though English is her second language and it causes barriers for people to understand what she is even talking about. They have an extremely high turnover rate so if you are a working professional trying to provide for your family I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Dallas Barrett the smartest thing you did was leave. And you are talked about so bad in your absence I see why you left. They hire through Express as to not be liable for their discriminatory employee practices. What the guy stated before is true and its because the company is a mess internally and once again I highly would not recommend.

This service is 100% a joke. I’ve never in my life experienced so many issues with an at home service. They constantly mess up paperwork and then tell you to start the process all over. I’ve been to my primary care 3 times trying to get basic services, and all 3 times my insurance has called me back and told me the paperwork was filled out improperly. And their response is always to start the entire process over. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend this service. Look elsewhere.
