BEST customer service all around. The owner was very nice and asked a lot of questions in finding the right product and juice for me. I just moved back to Texas from NM and was missing my home store but these guys exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a return customer and refuse to go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable along with quality which is what I look for. Check ‘em out!

I had the pleasure of talking with Luke. He was knowledgeable of the type of devices that my wife and I were considering. We ended up going with a higher end version of what he had recommended based off of his knowledge of the products. It was perfect for what we were looking for. He even mentioned that if we had questions, to call him. I had a question an hour or so after I left, and Luke was diligent in answering my question. There was another gentleman making their in house liquids (I can not remember his name), who was knowledgeable about the flavors as well as Luke. They are young guys, but knew their product very well. They also knew the different devices. At the end of our purchase, Luke gave us a tutorial on how to work our devices and their recommendations on their house liquids was spot on. I have built a couple devices, and have dealt with some pretentious vapers. These guys treat you with respect and do not judge. They legitimately care about the products they sell, and their customer service reflects that.

I know it's for safety but if can't look at what you need during cov 19 stay close drove all the way there just for them to say can't look at product when could have told me over the phone

Best Vape Shop Ever. Great inventory, I have been using AtascaVapes since they opened. I've tried a few other places just because I was out of something but never found another company comparable and with a friendly knowledgeable staff.

This place weaned me down from a very high nicotine level, specifically because of how unhealthy it was for me. They sent me up with a device and are all about mean being on a personal program to quit vaping. This has nothing to do with those deaths that were not affiliated with the house products from them that I Vape oh, it's just a personal choice of Health I've decided to try. They are by my side the whole time non-judgmental and give me advice I'm looking. I've been to other vape shops but they just like respect back for you, this place has more care and every individual customer and what that customer wants and or expects

I like the house juices, around 9 dollars for a bottle of 30 ml, which since. I like to pick and choose a lot of different juices it's really convenient if I find one I dont like. The staff is always helpful.

Over priced, service was meh as I wasn't even attended to until I got someones attention and when I did it was as if I was troubling them. House juice isn't great either.

Husband use to go there before his Heart transplant. The knowledge they provided and their help allowed him to come off the nicotine and now is totally cigarette and vape free.

Been going here for over a year now and they are always very helpful. Never have a problem getting my juice made, and being able to return it hassle free if I don't like the flavor is a major plus. Just bought a new set up also and the worker answered all my questions and made sure I knew how it all worked before I left the store! I'll be a long time customer for sure!

They have what i need mostly. Great selection of flavor juices, friendly staff, and worth checking out. Prices decent for brick and mortor, plus they stand behind their products.

Nice people, convenient location, and affordable replacement parts. What's not to like? They aren't so small that they don't have variety, but not so big that they'll over charge you just because they can. A perfect balance, and that's all I personally need. Great job, guys.
