I went to Natalie for a quote on my wedding gown and, after receiving 2 other consultations, I chose her with complete confidence. Her customer service was unmatched. She was the ONLY shop that made me feel beautiful in my dress and complimented me. On top of that, she did a fabulous job on my gown - it literally fits me like a gloves. I almost cried at how wonderful she made it look. Natalie was also extremely flexible with my schedule (since I had 4 alteration appointments) and even came in early one day to accommodate me.

I couldn’t recommend her enough! She’s made a lifelong customer in me!

I had a black leather jacket altered and the quality of the work was excellent. Natalie was very friendly and approachable as well.

I can’t have anything nice! I spilled coffee on my white leather purse and wasn’t able to clean. (Right hand side- long straight drip. Left before/right after) I was so nervous waiting for it to be ready. They did an amazing job and Natalie was so helpful and confident. I will be back with more repairs!

Natalie is incredibly speedy and kind! I came in with an Eid dress on Friday and she had it done on Tuesday. Already excited for my second dress to be done by her hands!

Natalie took such great care of me and my wedding gown! She came as a recommendation from the shop I bought my dress at and I couldn’t be more thankful. She scheduled my fittings with enough time in between and in advance to make sure we had enough time to make it perfect. She did an incredible job and I’m so grateful for all of the work she had done to make sure my dress was perfect. She is very kind and honest and would recommend her to anyone!
