Great instructor! Very nice indoor range. All the employees are very nice people. Passed my ltc there.

Had reservations at 3pm for the rifle lane. Got there and the rifle lane was no longer available. Couldn’t use my rifles. It was Father’s Day we are a family of 6 We reserved 2 lanes they don’t allow you take your fire arm from one lane to the very next. Rude employees. Wont be going back.

Store is nice there are two ranges. One for members and one for nonmembers. Don't know about the member range but the nonmember one is a standard good range. Discounts given for CHL, military, and law enforcement.

Stated I was interested in buying a pistol (had a model in mind) and taking a course. Conversation lasted about 90 seconds (tried to quickly sell what was in stock) and the staff seemed pretty disinterested. Strange because there were no customers and about 8 employees standing around. Shame, they are 6 blocks from the house and now I’m driving 5 miles away to a competitor.

Jesse in the gun shop took care of my Friend and I when we came in to look at guns. He was very knowledgeable about his inventory and the CZ Scorpion that he sold to us. He even made sure that we got the last green colored Evo 3 when there was at least one other person that wanted it. Overall I enjoyed my visit with Jesse, and every interaction that I have had with other reps that have helped me in the past (Devin, you the man too). Based on Jesse and Devin taking care of me, I will be buying more from you, and have switched from Top Gun to Athena as my preferred gun shop and range.

Not the best range I’ve been too, facility was clean, well maintained and fun but the staff not so much. Right when I walked through the door I guess enthusiasm and good manners walked out as well. Person at the front didn’t really want to greet or ask how my day was until I brought it up first. Not a major issue but we are still customers spending money on a sport that many people enjoy and I love to be respectful to people and expect to at least be greeted. Staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there or seem bothered. Might just be me though. Oh and same thing for when I was walking out, no have a nice day until I brought it up first.

Extremely impressed with this full-service range/gun store. Completed an FFL transfer here (flawless and quick). Completed my LTC course with Sergio Sanchez (veteran teacher with real world examples to help us learn about various Texas gun laws and practices - class was awesome and very informative!). Purchased a new firearm for a reasonable price and received a lifetime warranty AND free range time! If you are looking for a one stop shop for all of your weapons needs - Athena Gun Club is your huckleberry! A big shout out to Sergio for an awesome - painless LTC course.

My friend and I went for a refresher on loading and handing our guns. Not impressed with Athena at all.
Upon entering no one spoke to us - we walked up and asked for Kara who I was told on the phone would be our instructor. She walked up did not introduce herself - just asked for driver’s license and shoved papers over. We then went into a tiny office type room with a table and 3 chairs. She asked for our guns and showed us the parts as well as how to hold them one time. We both were trying to rack the guns and both of us were having problems getting it right. She just sat there as we struggled. We could have done that at home. We then proceeded to follow her to the range. As we stood there waiting she talked to guys idle chat.we then went into the lane and she basically left us saying if you need help wave at the camera and someone will come in.
She just started sweeping as I was clearly trying to get her attention for a question.
Very unfulfilling, frustrating and unimpressive experience.
Maybe the other instructors are helpful and engaging - we don’t care enough to return. There are many other gun ranges that welcome their guests and care that they are happy. Run don’t go here!

I was very disappointed with the service here. The staff were very unhelpful and rude. The manager Karla yelled and scream without proper explanation. She was rude and dismissive and was not willing to listen to me. The customer service was poor and that manager was not professional at all.

Sergio was a fantastic Instructor! He was informative, helpful and funny. I definitely recommend taking any classes with him.

The customer service was appalling. The employees were mean and very unprofessional, they didn’t care about how they did their jobs. Karla, who claimed to be the manager, was especially unprofessional and loud. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend ever going here.

Nice location BUT Completely unprofessional staff. Karla, was yelling and screaming for no reason instead of explaining the rules and what was wrong. Karla claims she is senior manager and that was her attitude so imagine other staff. I do not recommend that place. I Will not be returning ever again. The customer service sucks.

Fancy gun store and range.

Same price as every other range 18.00 but I will go on half price day so it makes it cost effective to go twice a month.

Seems some knifes are more then online.
Premium feel for premium prices.

Dont think the budget conscious would buy firearms there, but the staff is nice and willing to help.

A little expensive, but well worth it. Had a great time for my 1st visit and I will definitely be going again. If you're looking for a full auto range I'd recommend this one.

This is my first experience in a handling a gun and in a Gun Range, and exceptional customer service from Andrew who gave us the safety class and stay with us in the gun range until We feel confidence using the gun by Ourself. Definetly I will come again to have fun.

I came with a firearms expert and family friend and I have previously only been to an outdoor range two times. The Athena Gun Club is much better. It is run by some true gun safety enthusiasts and the video monitoring proves that to me. It is very professionally operated and I appreciate that too. I will return as often as I can. Don't forget air conditioning and lighting. Very good atmosphere and supplies.

The instructors could not have been more patient with this nervous first timer, learned a lot & had a blast - would definitely go back again!

Had sighting issues with my. 300 blackout AR. Took it over there to their gunsmith, Keith, and he quickly determined it was a minor problem and it only cost me $10. Wonderful looking place and excellent customer service.

I have never been to a range. I took a entry level class here and was thrilled with how friendly the staff was. I will be back!
