Athleta - with Curbside Pickup, Fort Worth TX

Absolutely awful location with even worse management. I have witnessed management, specifically the manager Linda, degrade her employees loud enough for customers in the store to hear. Linda should be ashamed of herself. I will never shop at this location again.

This store is horrible! I came in to buy a lot of athletic clothes and the manager was horrible. She did not help me at all. Nobody helped me. The manager was just a bully the whole time. GO TO LULU LEMON! Don’t waste your time at this athleta. I would report this manager if I could. STAY AWAYYY FROM THIS STORE. Negative 100 review.

I shopped here about a month ago and honestly had the worst experience. The manager had the worst attitude and tried to make me feel stupid. I really just wanted to buy some leggings. Manager was so rude— it costs NOTHING to be kind.

The reviews about this location are spot on. The customer service is horrible. The only time an employee from this store spoke to me was to yell at me from her Porsche Carrerra when she thought I stole her parking place. It was comical to see her go hide in the back room upon noticing the person she berated in the parking lot was now shopping in her store. Since this incident I order online and avoid the University Athleta attitude.

I’ve pretty much had the same experience every time I’ve been here—rude employees who are unwilling to even engage. They certainly don’t ask if you’d like any help. Then act as if you’re interrupting them when you ask for help to ask to pay. Must be bad management.
Today was the worst I’ve ever seen. I asked to exchange something that I’d gotten as a gift, but I had the receipt. The woman took the item and returned it to the gift giver’s credit card without explaining she couldn’t exchange because it was an online purchase. So, I was left with no other options but to leave. Save yourself the irritation and just order online.

Like other comments before mine, not one person came to me to ask if I needed help. They sat around talking to each other and I stayed looking at the same rack for a while. They seemed to choose who they’d offer help to. Very disappointed. I was ready to give them business since items I wanted weren’t available online and they seemed to not care enough about me or what I was looking for. Won’t find me back here. I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well.

I came in here to find some new leggings and tops, and although several people stopped to look at me, not one person working here said hello or offered to help me find what I’m looking for. After 20 minutes of browsing, we finally gave up and left. Super disappointing!

I was very disappointed. My daughter got a credit card for the store we went in to see what items they had.and every worker in the store swarmed us and followed us the whole time. We're African Americans. I was so upset my grandchildren were with me. It's sad. I was hurt.

Most people know Athleta is on the higher end for workout clothing but they’re worth every penny! I’ve had nothing but fantastic clothing without and rips or tears. The clothing fits and feels great on.

This location has always been organized and warm and welcoming. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful offering suggestions for sizing and putting together an outfit. I cannot remember everyone’s names that helped me today except for Linda. She ensured a good fit on my contender 3/4 camp pants, offered suggestions with the cutest cinnamon colored pants and checked us out. Ask about their credit card and the perks if you shop here often.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful as they explained the sizing to me and helped me find clothing for barre and yoga. Unlike at other specialty athletic shops, I actually felt welcomed and valued. I just wish they had more clothes in my size.

Cool place too bad they only sell girls stuff if I were a girl I would definitely shop here but nothing for us dudes

Minimal variety and overpriced. I was not impressed with the options for adults. Good variety of children’s sizes.

Well made, very attractive athletic wear including swimwear. Would give it 5 stars but they don't carry my size! My daughter's favorite clothing store.

Customer service at the Fort Worth store was poor. There were quite a lot of salespeople milling about but not one asked if I needed help. Like another reviewer, I found my own dressing room. I left shortly after and walked over to Lululemon, where I had a much better experience.
