Came here for a fill. I received fast service and they were polite. Nails cute.
Months later. The nail tech Suggested a new style "coffin". My nails came out ugly cause I didn't like that style. And she never disclosed to me that she was increasing the price so I had to pay a hundred dollars for my nails. When I normally pay seventy which includes a polish change on my toes and a tip
I always get medium length nails.
That day they called that long.
Because they never disclose that they're going to increase the price and snuck that on me. I refuse to go back there again. The manager questioned The tech if you told me about the price increase the lady lied in my face. And how she looked I didn't want to tell the manager that she was lying because She looked as if she didn't want to lose her job.

My best friend took me here for my birthday, it was our first time. The tech (Tracy I think was her name) my friend had was super nice and attentive. On the other hand the tech that I had didn’t say one word to me. Did ask me how I wanted the water or my toes. She stuck my feet in water that was too hot. Then when my nails were drying they began to crack so I asked if she could fix it. She did with attitude of course. Then proceeded to slide my sandals on even though they were not dry at all. So my toes touched and messed it up while she’s putting it one shoe. When that happened she smacks her teeth at me and fixes it and when I walked outside in the sunlight it looked terrible. I work 12 hrs 5 days a week. I was looking forward to this pedicure especially for my bday and I was completely disappointed.

They charged 12.50 for one nail art and my nails are lifting.way too expensive.they should at least tell you before charge that much

Over priced and not good quality well lest not for me my nails broke and I didn’t even have them on for a week

Horrible 1st time experience I went there and asked specifically if they did curve nails and asked twice to make sure the front desk lady understood and she said yes and got in the chair and I had to instruct the tech on how to do it and then she misshapen all my nails so bad until the manager tried to come and fix and missed up even more I spent over 2 1/2 hours for them trying to correct the mistake and then they wouldn’t give my money back after I asked them to take all the mess up off HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE all they wanted was money they did not fulfill my request NOR knew how!

I love the love the convenience of the location, Howard is good at his job, I've been coming over year and the last 3 or 4 months, having problems with nails chipping the next day or two after getting them. Ready to try power nail or something. I feel like I'm wasting my money.

My nails looked great but it took forever. She even told someone to wait for her because she was almost done with me and they had to wait 45 minutes. For the prices you can get the same service elsewhere for less and much quicker.

I’m only giving a star because I have to I asked for basic nails with a design they tried to rip me off and tell me 95$ after she was half way done with my nails I confronted the manager and she said it was 95$ because I asked for a design so then I told my nail lady sam no design then and it went down to 55$ this place is a scam they are rude and unprofessional and will call you a liar when you tell their manager that they tried to scam you

Rude and unprofessional. They told us it was $60 at first for two pedicures and then tried to charge me $90. The man does not know how to do French tip. He got an attitude with me and took off the polish off of every toe when I ask him to redo ONE nail. At the end he sat me in the chair and never put the light on to dry my nails. Everything was rushed. Take your business some where else!

I recently relocated to the area and was concerned that I wouldn’t find a full service nail salon that would meet my standards. First the space is absolutely beautiful the Atlantis theme is colorful and gives you a relaxing vibe. The staff is very welcoming offering an assortment of beverages. Everyone is very accommodating. I’ve had the pleasure of getting my last service by the owner Yumi
She sets the tone of the salon by how she treats her clients.
She is warm and engaging and does amazing nails.
I would highly recommend Atlantis Nail Salon for all of your needs. I now claim Atlantis as my spot for my nail & pedicure treatments.

I went in for mani pedi on natural nails. $98 later.pedi was okay and my mani was awful. I don't recommend. The girl doing my mani, 1 she had a bad attitude about something because she kept coming and talking to the lady doing my pedicure in her ear and you can just tell by demeanor and body language it was drama. 2 she was not wearing gloves and had dirt all under her nails and a bandaid on her finger that looked like it had been there for three days 3 she was vaping and just blowing smoke around me. 4 all she did was soak my hands in water and started applying layers of schilac. She was irritated with because she was telling me to keep my hand in until it was done but then she would turn around and snap at me to take my hand out because the layers were different and required different times. It was no relaxing and I was so confused why this was happening.in the end the polish was everywhere on my fingers. It literally looked like my four year old did it and then she shredded the ends of my nails. They were so jagged and I was so upset. She asked if something was wrong and I pointed it out. She got an attitude and tried to grab my hands so she could fix it but I told her I didn't want her to touch me anymore. The receptionist and another nail tech agreed my nails and cuticles were awful. They wanted to charge me $113 and I told them I wasn't paying that. They could remove my manicure $20 because I had not received a manicure. They offered a 10% discount but that was quickly taken away because I did not agree with the manager who had come over with a horrible attitude saying i was trying to negotiate yhe price and started threatening to call them cops. Her solution was that 15 dollars was taken off and they drilled the schilac off and took care of my cuticles. They put regular polish and the application was perfect. The picture I took was the next day after doing my little girls nails and acetone and cotton balls were involved. So I was left with my nails filed down to nothing with "tool marks" dug into my nails all to get a proper clean up done on my cuticles. I was so upset. My nails are awful. I live an hour away. I was only in the area to see my boyfriend and I was killing time while he took a class. But I won't ever go to this place again.

I don't like that the prices are different every time I go. I literally think they make they own prices as they go

Amazing customer service and work! 8 month pregnant and can't reach my toes, they took care of an engrown toenail that was bringing me lots of pain.

The older man is very unprofessional and rude. He gave me attitude and rushed the whole process. His service was poor. I’ve been coming here for years and I will never come back again.

Horrible! My first time coming here was yesterday. Literally got shellac polish on my toes which was $21 I was told & a full set med length & was charged $96 total. No designs. I usually get my nails longer for cheaper & with designs. Not to mention front desk was rushing me to pay because she had to go home meanwhile I always pay when the service is over. The manager could have stayed & waited if I’m giving them business. Maria was very rude as well as I was trying to tell her what I wanted. Horrible service. $96 for one nail color & toes? Sad
