Great people, informative, consultative and professional. Atlas did a great job for our new home and they fine tuned the system to meet our specific needs with a smile. They really do take pride in what they do.

I found Atlas AC Repair online while looking for information on YouTube concerning my extremely noisy AC system. They have many informative videos on their channel explaining the different things to consider when upgrading your air conditioner and furnace. I then went to their website and found that I could get a good estimate of the cost of a new system based on my needs without having to fill out a form or questionnaire. When I contacted them they sent out their installer to evaluate my current setup and tell me what I needed to solve my issues. I was impressed with what I heard and decided to buy a new Carrier AC and furnace from them. The install went just like they said it would and I am really happy that I decided to go with them. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and making me comfortable with the entire process. They did a great job for a good price and I can easily recommend them to anyone needing a new or repaired HVAC system.

Communication with service team was great. I was given reminders days in advance of the scheduled time, notices when techs were on the way, notices if there were delays for the techs and reason (s), techs were polite, techs answered all of my questions, techs took pictures of everything inspected and replaced and everyone I spoke to from techs, person keeping me updated on the schedule to person providing the quotes were all very polite and professional.

Service was quick and efficient. The technician, Walter, was friendly and explained his work plan before starting service. Would recommend Atlas anytime.

From the office to the installation crew everything went smoothly. I purchased a new heat pump and all new ductwork and at no time was I in doubt about the process. I highly recommend them.
