Atlas Glass San Antonio reviews
8Made appointment for 1: 00 and they promised the part would be there but it was not.had to wait an additional hour and a half. Also they left trash on and in the vehicle.
A perfect job and quick, I get there by 4: 20 pm almost closing but they do my windshield repair real quick before 5 my car was ready! And the price to affordable! I do recommend this site, 5 and more!
This was the only place that I could find the window I need and the gentleman was very quick had us out fast
They where nice and easy-going made me feel like I was family. And fix my back passage windwon. And vacuum out as much glass.
This is over a year overdue but I will never forget the experience I had. First off my car had been broken into at my local Walmart parking lot where I had parked my 2006 Ford Taurus in front of the entrance. It was a few days before Christmas and my girlfriend's daughter left her little backpack on the back seat with her Arianna Grande perfume and my Skullcandy Soundproof headphones while we shopped for last minute things. This year we decided to open ONE present early. Imagine our hearts as we found her backpack stolen "In front" of the store. The rear passenger side window had been shattered! Our drive was silent and cold! Walmart didn't even try to help.
After doing some research my girlfriend found James (which is also her son's name) who was out of town on business. So we spoke and I explained our situation to James. He asked us to come in and quoted us a great price! We arrived a little late, I could tell the worker was upset because the one guy that was finishing up was ready to leave. I apologized but knew how he felt, been there, done that. There was some talk between the receptionist and worker and she called James. My understanding was James was out of town. She told me he was but he's an on hands kind of person. The gentleman began on our car but the car before us had been a little complicated and took some time. After about thirty minutes the receptionist, I believe her name was Hope, came in apologizing. The worker had accidentally replaced the front windshield instead of the rear passenger window because the window also had a bad crack and he thought that was what we needed. My girlfriend and I counted all our money but we knew we didn't have enough for both window and windshield. I suggested just put the windshield back but fix the window. Hope asked us to wait and we sat and worried how we could pay it all.
The ending is this, both were fixed, James kept his word on the quote and told us to consider the windshield a Christmas present. If my review of this company isn't enough for proof of an amazing company then I don't know what to tell you! If James is still the owner then you're in the best hands possible. James may God keep blessing your company and your employees. I refer you to every one I meet and will continue to do so as long as I breathe. Thank you for everything!
Rox, Rey, and Tim did an awesome job and I highly, highly, highly recommend their service.
Great price and very professional!
Fantastic service! They gave detailed responses to all of my questions. They also recommended additional, low-priced additions as they neared that step in the replacement process. Now it looks better than new! All this comes with a lifetime warranty of wind sounds or leaks. Very happy with the result.
