We requested and were told we were going to get gas on Friday then again on Monday (today) still never had anyone come. We have been without heat and warm water cause Atmos sucks.

I’m not sure what their issue is, however they turned out gas off out of the blue. Bills are up to date with payment. Noticed this on Thursday and someone was supposed to come back Friday to turn it back on. Person never showed up and they are closed on the weekend.

Horrible customer care. We had our payments on Auto pay and they waited 5 months to tell us our payments had not been going through correctly. They told us they would shut off our gas immediately if we did not pay $600. I’m a faithful customer and have always paid my bills on time. Atmos is not a faithful company and they do not do their due diligence in making sure customers are properly taken care of. If you can use a different gas company, I highly suggest you do.

Just showed up at my house out of the blue to tell me that my gas meter has been broken for months. They found this out because apparently our bill wasn't high enough all winter, so they sent someone to check that our meter was working correctly. The guy that came by told me to expect a $300-$400 gas bill next month for back owed gas bills. It's not my fault the meter broke, and it's certainly not my fault it took you guys 6 months to figure it put. But sure. You have a monopoly in the panhandle, so it's not like I have a choice but to pay it. But screw Atmos.

Horrible sutuation. I am moving to a new home. I arranged to start service on the new home effective 10/14 and to stop service on my current home on 10/29. Yes I will pay for gas service for 2 homes for 2 weeks. Atmos started the service as directed however, the service to my existing home was shut off. Not only did they shut off the gas but they removed the meter as well. Yesterday I was assured service would be restored. Two days later and several hours on the phone technicians will be here shortly. However, they wont light the pilots because they cant enter the home because of COVID. I cant do it so I have to hire a plumber to be here when they eventually get here. If the plumber is not here they wont turn the gas on. This is expensive for me to fix their screw up

Atmos will not give a smaller window of when they will come and take the lock of the meter so I can get gas. They also won’t turn on unless plumber here to turn on and light pilot lights. So I guess they expect a plumber to sit here 4 hours waiting for them to take lock off. No communications between Atmos to get everyone here at the right time. Dumb
