After years of wanting them, I finally got my nips pierced by Brien:) he was super professional and talked me through the whole process. 10/10 would get stabbed again.

Fast, easy, clean and professional. Fun even! So grateful for everyone there tonight for taking such great care of me.

Iv gotten a few piercings from them they are.very professional so far, they have all healed amazingly I also love that when you buy new piece of jewelry, they’ll be able to put it in for you

Max at Atomic Tattoo in Pflugerville was awesome. Very friendly as a person as well as knowledgeable about his craft. Took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what would happen during the tattooing process and also provided thorough after care instructions. Would recommend

Just left this location and received a trash tattoo from the artist name bus. He was unprofessional on the phone and did a bad job on my tattoo. I do not recommend him or this location!

First time I came here one of the guys did great work. Then I came back a couple of days later for another tattoo and the bald guy that works all the way in the back office was like rushing that tattoo, hardly putting ink in the gun to where he would just be stabbing me with the needle at times. Then, when I finished I talked to the girl who does nose piercings, and I was interested. I asked what type would fit. And, was told to go to the hood to get one since none fits there. Just making me feel like I was unwanted there. I'm not saying all employees are bad, but for those that are doing a good job. They are making life harder for. Avoid working with those two.

My nose ring fell out while I was reffing a football game on Friday night when I went to wipe sweat off during a super humid and hot game. I rushed over to Atomic last minute for a replacement nose ring right before they closed for the night. The piercer, forgive me for not getting a name, was amazing. I expected to go in, buy a ring and put it in by the light of a car mirror. Not only did I get the nose ring but the piercer measured it, bent it and adjusted it so I shouldn’t have to worry about it falling out mid game again and then put it in for me. There are folks that are good at their job then there are those that are great. Thanks for providing amazing customer service, even down to the last few minutes of being open.

My wife and I went in there to get a couple of tattoos and were met with a lady that seemed super rushed and started questioning us as to what we wanted and why we were there, mind you she was in the process of helping other people out that were there before us. She was super flustered and agitated as we were trying to tell her that we wanted to get tattoos and wanted someone to give us a ball park of prices on the different tattoos we wanted so we would know which ones we were going to get that day. She then went back and got a couple of artists to try and help us out and one of them was super cool and was helping my wife out and making a choice and the guy that was helping me pretty much told me he wasn't going to do a realistic tattoo with out me bringing in a source even though I had several examples of what I wanted and told him I wanted a touch of green in the eyes. He then told me that there was no way any artist was going to put color in a realistic tattoo. I asked him how long and how much it would cost for the first tattoo I wanted and he said he didn't know how much or how long it would take because he didn't know the size and where I wanted it even though I said I wanted it on my fore arm and I wanted it the length of my fore arm as well as going around it. He then told me that he wouldn't draw up anything and I'd have to bring in a source that he could copy and paste on my arm. Then I was told that he could only do minor alterations to it but couldn't change it that much and there was no artist that would or even draw one up. So then I said fine I want this one on my arm and the size I wanted and he said he wasn't going to do it. The guy helping my wife had by this point had already pretty much came up with everything for the tattoo except drawing it up, size, location, style colors, and was ready to start drawing it up for her. She declined because of the artist that was telling me he wouldn't do anything on me that I wanted and wouldn't offer to get another artist to help me out. So my wife decided we weren't going to get anything done by that shop and would caution anyone else going in there to brace for the same.

Great piercing experience! Very calm, professional and friendly. I highly recommend. My only suggestion would be more choices on the studs to pick from. There was only 1 option.

They make it too difficult to get my daughter a piercing they required ids from both of us plus birth certificates just a bit much for a piercing when the father is there in person giving permission, and I'd alone wasnt enough

Vin does amazing work! Doesn't matter what idea I come in with he brings it to life and adds his own personal touch! You will not be disappointed! Very solid and would highly recommend to anyone!

Got a belly piercing by Emily, she was kind had good energy and the whole process literally only took 5 minutes

I had a very comfortable and quick walk-in experience. I got a bellybutton by Mj and she was amazing! Definitely recommend.

Walked in all excited to get tattoos with my wife and didn’t even get greeted or even noticed here. I thought maybe because they were busy or something thinking they even might come talk to us while we wait, but nope! Horrible customer service. It’s ok to come and welcome your clients in and if you guys are busy we also understand and maybe reschedule for another day or something. But No! Nothing at all! To not acknowledge or welcome paying customers for 20+ minutes, is unacceptable! Place could get robbed and they won’t even notice it until the following month. Take my business elsewhere, Thank you!

Not the cleanest place. Places of this type has to be clean like clinic or so in my opinion.

MJ helped me with my nose piercing when I had to take it out for a medical procedure and it closed up on me. She was very helpful and caring. I was grateful for the help in transitioning back to a ring after healing.
