Atria Westchase reviews
15We toured a lot of facilities before we chose to move our Granddad into Atria Westchase. While the location isn't ideal for my family, we felt that the staff, the condition of the building, rooms, and the overall cleanliness and great attitudes of the residents outweighed the inconvenience of a drive to visit Granddad. He is always on his way to something! Sometimes it's bingo, karaoke, happy hour with entertainers, or just to sit on the patio with his friends for a cup of coffee. He doesn't have to worry about housekeeping, washing another plate, or driving anywhere. He told us this was truly the good life! So thank you Atria for taking care of our Granddad.
I've been a resident for over a year and I LOVE IT here. My apartment is the perfect size, and fits everything I have and need. The meals are great. I don't have to cook and the waitstaff are so accommodating. It is never a problem to substitute my sides, and I substitute them a lot. The caregivers are attentive, whether I need the help or not. The building is very clean and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I sit on the patio and enjoy the great view. The residents make me feel welcome. I LOVE IT HERE!
My grandmother had been living alone since grandad died. She stopped driving, eating regular meals and socializing since her friends had passed away. We decided to move her into Atria Westchase last year, and that’s been the best decision we’ve made. She has tablemates who’ve become great girlfriends. They eat together, play bingo together, do arts and crafts together and go to happy hour events together. They always check on each other if one tablemate is missing from lunch or dinner. She’s gained good weight, and has become more steady on her walker because of the exercises she’s doing in the morning. Every time we visit, she is heading onto the next activity or event that she hardly has time for us anymore! Our family is so grateful to the wonderful and kind staff.
We are the most loving and caring center. Here at Atria Westchase we strive to be the best at our patient care.
I have lived here for over a year now and everything is tip top! There are so many outings and arts and crafts. The staff is just great and I have made terrific friendships. I thought my life would be a lot different at this stage but it actually turned out fine. I am blessed that my son moved me here.
When I first became a resident at Atria, all of the caregivers welcomed me with open arms and that hasn’t changed. Some of the highlights of living here are cleanliness, safety and on-time maintenance repairs and overall housekeeping. The menu is varied and meets all of my needs. Atria has such a variety of living spaces, of which a prospective tenant has a great choice. In addition, there are many activities and events underway for the residents.
Atria Westchase is the perfect solution for anyone looking at finding a place they can call home for their loved ones. The inside is so well kept, clean, and always smells fresh. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with warm and welcoming staff. I am thankful to Elizabeth and Jocelyn for giving me a tour of the community with such short notice. The residents look very happy to be there and seemed to enjoy the lively activities and events.
I moved to Atria Senior Living in January 2022 and I feel that everyone here truly embraced me and made me feel at home. I sincerely recommend Atria to anyone seeking a Senior living home.
My niece and nephew moved me in last year and so far I’m having a great time. My beloved dog is with me because I told them that if I couldn’t bring her I wasn’t coming. Atria Westchase understands that pets are family. I feel safe when I walk my dog throughout the day and early evening here. I love how my apartment is cleaned every week, and that all of meals are prepared by someone else. My dog and I enjoy the patio so much. This is good living!
This is a great community! The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are enjoyable and fun to be around. The building, grounds and apartments are very well kept. Cleanliness is so important to me, and my family knew this when they first toured. It’s two years later and the building is still beautiful.
I met with the Director of Sales, Elizabeth Ross for a private tour of the Atria Westchase community. I appreciated Ms. Ross's professional, affable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach as she explained how Atria could service our family and care for my loved ones. The facility was clean, with a warm, classic decor. Ms. Ross greeted every resident by name and I was most impressed with how long many of the staff members had been employed at Atria - several of them had been there for a decade or more! Low staff turnover is a great sign for care facilities. When the time comes, I will certainly include Atria Westchase at the top of my list for assisted living for my loved ones.
My mother is at Atria Westchase in assisted living. It’s like a small town where everyone — especially the staff — is looking out for everyone. I have all the staff’s phone numbers and they have mine, and I feel like part of a team keeping my mom happy and healthy. They call me if they notice something is off, and I can reach out when I need help. I feel blessed to have Atria … it’s made my life and my mother’s so much easier and better.
Delicious food is always available at all three meals here at Westchase. The kitchen knows I’m not a fan of vegetables but they sneak it to me with healthy salads.
We have so many activities every day too. I do puzzles, bingo, dominoes and card games every week. There’s something for me to do every day. In fact, I’ve started an instructional activity in which I am teaching other residents how to play Skip Bo and Spinner Dominoes. We can’t wait to get a tournament started.
We had a great visit and tour and were very impressed with the facility and staff. This was the favorite of the facilities we have toured and look forward to transitioning to Atria Westchase.
Atria is one of the most welcoming places I have visited. Everyone is very friendly and the best part is that the people serving the residents have been here a long time. The residents here are happy looking and will talk to you. The next best thing is the food—it is outstanding. Don’t pass this place up. You will be pleased that you did.
