I have submitted a request and service form and its been almost 2 weeks snd no one has reached out to help. I have 1 window that seems to have a stress fracture crack forming and weekly it is getting bigger. Im trying to see how to fix it or if the bottom half can just be swapped out. I call and cant get an answer.

We just built a house under 2 years ago. From the very beginning we had issues. At first the glass on several windows turned blue on the outside. Then we noticed that one window couldn’t shut and lock. Then a separator that makes it look like a multi-pane window went sideways. I’ve lost the exact count but they had to replace 15-18 windows. There’s been one window that’s needed replaced for over year, and now they’re saying they won’t replace it because the service warranty has expired. The window looks like it has fog on it. Some windows now can barely shut and lock. My biggest regret when building our home was buying Atrium windows. Don’t make the same mistake I made. You’re much better off with Anderson which is about the same price but better quality and service.

Would never use this place. Windows are under warranty. They came and did the inspection, scheduled the install, paid my $500 for $75 per window install fee plus a window we had broke. Come install day, he could only do 1 window as the wrong glass was ordered for 3 others and he needed a second person for a window above our garage. No explanation as to how the wrong windows were ordered when the same rep measured my windows during inspection. Come second install day, sweetest installers ever, but only had 4 out of the 5 windows I needed. No above garage window that the last installer had on his truck. This company has not tried to make it right by any means necessary. No going above and beyond to correct their errors. Now we have install #3 coming up a month after submitting for them to be replaced. All while trying to have this done before our open house to sale that was LAST weekend. Horrible customer service and cannot get ahold of anyone to speak with them. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Warped and cracked frames, weather stripping falling off. They're cheaper for a reason.
