Don't even bother to call this people came to give me a quote on flood damages before the insurance approved the claim they left a Dehumidifier and start charging. The claim was not approved now they send me a bill for leaving the machine over the weekend $1300 and I didn't even authorize this machine.

If I only had to deal with the awesome team of people that moved and returned my belongings as well as Wes. I would give 5 stars. But my experience with Aaron and team during the construction process was terrible. Based on all of the positive feedback from past customers and my experience with the other employees, it seems like this was a single targeted issue. Aaron was so dismissive and unconcerned with handling our restoration needs to the point where we had to cancel the job with ATS and bring in a new contractor. Even the work being completed was sub par and non existent all at the same time. I was completely disappointed and still upset about my experience with the restoration and construction services provided. However, I will gladly give honor and praise to estimator Wes Tornquist and everyone on their production/moving team. Notably, Drew, Austin and Brayden. They all deserve 5 stars. They delivered 5 star service and treated me and my husband with respect and had great consideration for our home and belongings as they delivered and set everything up where it belongs. I cannot forget the fabulous ladies that boxed and unboxed all of our fragile items. They were spectacular and very kind and considerate as well. Maria G and Perla were excellent at putting things away and communicating with me. They took extra special care of my vintage breakables. I am beyond pleased with the services I received outside of the unacceptable service provided by Aaron and the restoration/construction team that was assigned my project.

We had water/sewage damage in our master bedroom/bathroom.
ATS did an outstanding job putting everything back together.
The tile guy, LINO did an awesome job restoring the bathroom. He worked long hours to complete the job.
We are so very thankful for all the hard work all the employees did.
A big thanks to Chris for organizing everything and going above helping us put things back in order.

Tom was a great project manager and the work was amazing. We had water damage, but you can’t tell after the restoration.

Tom was amazing. We had a pretty severe water heater mishap upstairs at the beginning of April. After another company ghosted us, Tom made sure to get your job done asap. It took some creative scheduling, but the final result is beautiful. And, it was done in a timely manner

ATS was very professional and efficient from meditation to build back. The workmanship by the vendors were good. All the little things were corrected. Palmer Sharp the project manager was very responsive to all requests and held the service vendors to very high standards. Thus the work was completed to our satisfaction.

We renovated a home built in 1899, Kelly and his team did a great job for us. His field supervisor Tom was very responsive to our inquiries and concerns. We are very happy with the end product.

After having water damage from a hot water heater, I chose ATS. My first contact was with Hunter. His reassurances and honesty made me feel comfortable choosing this company. Hunter always responded quickly and was true to his word.
David was the person who I worked with almost daily. Once things started, I didn’t want work delays due to backlogs on deliveries etc. David told me where to go to select materials of course, but he was right behind me in picking up materials and getting them to the site. There were weeks when we spoke almost daily. He kept me up to date on what was happening and he answered my calls and responded to my requests without fail. I felt we worked so well together.

This company is beyond amazing! They have been working in my home restoring a flood I had. I can not compliment how they have handled every single process. I would recommend this company to everyone who owns a home or business!

The crew, Austin, Drew, Berto, Brayden, and Hunter, at ATS Restoration were extremely professional. They removed the contents of my condo, to accommodate the installation of a carpet, and returned all of the items in place with no apparent damage whatsoever.
Additionally, Austin, Drew, Berto, Brayden, and Hunter were very courteous, and reassuring, during a potentially traumatic experience.

Awesome experience working with this company. They responded to every call I made and oriented for the entire process, demonstrating good old-fashioned customer service. And I was pleasantly surprised that I was not over-charged, as is so common these days.

I’ve never had such a great experience in my life when dealing with home service companies. My GC David Wilcox and his team have been beyond amazing. On time, friendly, quick and great work. What more could you ask for? I had problems with insurance and the ATS team not only were extremely patient while we waited 6 months for insurance company to make decisions on coverage but the ATS team also tried fighting on my behalf to get insurance company to move forward with decision making. I wish I could promote ATS to every social media feed in America. More companies need to run like they do.

David was our supervisor for our house renovations. We had several major projects going on and David orchestrated everything in a very professional and timely manner. If there was any little thing we found that needed attention David was on top of it and got the proper personnel out to complete the project. David always kept us abreast as to when and how long a project was going to take. We ran into an issue after removing stone flooring that required cement to be poured in the house. Not an easy fix. David took the time, reached out to numerous companies and was able to find someone who handled the job very well. If my wife and I have anymore special renovations done for our house we will definitely be calling ATS.

I highly recommend ATS and will use if needed for future losses.
We experienced a water leak in January 23. Our carrier Safeco got us connected with a preferred vendor and immediately ATS called. Wes/Tom/Josh and crews were all very professional and timely. We had issues with getting a like/kind/quality vanity within the time frame and Tom kindly went above and beyond to make a custom piece. They also worked well with communicating with my adjuster and being on schedule. Be patient, it will be worth it!

Aaron was very responsive and helped us through a difficult insurance claim. He was professional and did exactly what he said he would do. He gave us excellent service.

The construction superintendent, Aaron, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Ours was a well-managed project, which made a world of difference [thanks to Aaron].
