AT&T Store, McKinney TX

Blake was awesome and helped me get a new phone at a great price. The customer service was outstanding and the employees are so friendly and real. I won’t visit another AT&T store. This one will get all of my business, it’s the best one in town.

Lauren was absolutely amazing and she did a great job!
Kevin was also awesome and took great care of us.

I had Kevin Ortega as my rep that I dealt with at the store today. He was very gracious and answered the many many questions that I had about getting my daughter a phone and upgrading myself to a new one and what that would do to my phone bill. Going through all of that process is time consuming and he was very professional and so helpful. I recommend him and the Hardin store very much. Thank you Kevin for all of you help and for easing all of my concerns.

I am so impressed with the excellent customer service I received today. Blake went above and beyond to help me find a suitable upgrade for my dead phone. He exhausted several options to resurrect my phone and to get my contacts transferred. The store manager, Hugh was readily available to assist and offer suggestions. I also observed other reps helping customers and they too seemed qualified in assisting customers. Again, I give this new location my highest respect for customer service and product knowledge.

Loved my experience here. I live in Anna and the store in Anna was terrible so I had my phone delivered to this store & it was worth the drive.

I was greeted by all four members at the store and my associate Kevin O really went the mile. Like in any other sales role he pitched upgrades but really took the time to get to know me and walk me through the process of going from team android to team IPhone!

On top of great customer service he even tried to locate all discounts possible by asking about any promos with my employer, trade ins etc.

The only con is that because this store is new the surrounding buildings make it seem like the store is closed but it’s not and I would recommend this store as number 1 in Collin county.

Nate was a tremendous help! He helped me pick out a new phone, phone case, and everything. He even helped me set up my new phone. I would definitely recommend this store. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. I would give it more stars if I could.

I went in to get Uverse, Received Exceptional service from Jon and Hugh. They paid attention and answered every single question I had. I highly recommend this location. Their customer care is phenomenal. The whole experience was a positive one for me. By far the best AT&T franchise there is.extra thumbs up for social distancing and also for strategically placed hand sanitizer on all the tables. Actually now considering switching over to their mobile services due to the experience I had! Keep up the great work! Thank you Jon, Hugh and Chris.

Went into this new super convenient new ATT store and three young men helped me unlock and restore my mom’s phone. They took the time to update her phone from ITunes something they totally did not have to do and had to restore the phone and figure out how to get her contacts back. They went above and.beyond to help me. If you are looking for a new phone, ATT tv, internet etc.go visit Kevin, Jon, or Drake they are all three super polite and knowledgeable young men! Thanks to the manager for letting them spend the time fixing her phone. Totally the best! Thanks guys!

Recently purchased a new phone from this store. The customer service was excellent and we were in and out in minutes.

This was my third attempt at visiting a store to get some issues resolved and so glad I finally came here. They were super friendly and had great customer service. Got everything taken care of quickly, saved me money and got me signed up for a plan that worked better for us. Will definitely be using this location for all our ATT needs in the future.

Me and my wife had a great experience with Jon. He helped us switch over our phone plan from sprint and it was a very smooth transaction. He explained everything he was doing to get us the best deal on the plan and our new phones and it didn’t take much time at all to get everything switched over. We are very happy we stopped in and made the switch

Hugh and Jon were awesome! They helped my mom with all her phone questions and got her set up with a new phone.and on top of it all we got there like 5 minutes before they closed and they were still more than willing to help us out no matter how long it took. My family will definitely continue to go to this AT&T location from now on!

Nate and Caleb took great care of me! I don’t know that I’ve EVER had customer service this great. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was a Sprint customer for over 10 years. These guys and this store have turned me into a loyal A T & T customer. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My experience at this location was outstanding! I had visited 2 other AT&T stores that week that, for various reasons, couldn’t take care of my needs. Upon entering this store Hugh immediately took care of my initial order and then Nate took care of the rest. Their customer service skills were WELL ABOVE any that I’d received at the other stores. They have my business from now on!
