Great customer service and Daniel is a top notch manager who is bilingual for any of my Spanish speakers.

Ericka and crew was wondering.she did everything to help me and husband.she was very patient and sweet.i really do like her attitude

The jerk working there stole my 32 mg card out of my phone and sold me a pos phone because my phone was broken beyond repair and he said it was all they had. Be very watchful in this store! They will steal from you!

My sisters old phone was not working and she got a new one on line. She needed to have her contacts and pictures transferred from old phone to the new one.
After going to another AT&T store on green tree shopping center, they refuse to do it, they only do that as a "courtesy ".
Drove down to this store and as we stated David and Erika help us with no issues.

The AT&T store on Fry Rd and Clay I would recommend to everyone. Hugo G answered all of our questions, and told us about products that would fill our needs. We love our new phones.

These guys are amazing. They help me with the right products for my house. Tv and internet. They went above and beyond and save me tons of money.

Wanted to see what upgrades were compatible to my current and there were no models out to see and the sales rep knew nothing about the only 3 models they had.
Not to mention the rep was detached, avoided eye contact, lacked any character, which was a big turn off.
Did a full 360 of the tiny store just for her to redirect me to read the features of S10 after I asked, what are the features? She didn't even pretend to read the pamphlet but said, you can read it, lol I'm not getting an upgrade from you.

KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Gave me a number and supposedly a free phone then the number didn’t work and gave me a new number then charged me for the full amount of the phone. Went to the store to sort it out and the Manager Daniel told me that it’s my fault for not checking before leaving the store! So, he wants me to check over their job (you are getting paid to do your job correctly and should honor your mistakes Daniel and your employees). And when i asked him for his business card, he refused and KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE!

Erica was freakin amazing. I was planning to go fry and i10 to get the stainless steel gold watch, but her customer service over the phone was the reason I went to her location to get the black Apple Watch. She’s very genuine and a great people person. I have worked in retail and management and this is the kind of hard work we exemplify

It was an amazing experience. Walked in was seen immediately and got what I needed done. Took about 15 minutes and I was on my Merry way.

Erica was a great help to us and the problems we faced at this AT&T store. She sat down with us and worked with our problem 1on1 and even helped us leave with a better rate then we had entered the store with. She definitely had the best customer service I’ve experienced at any phone store and couldn’t be more happy.

Daniel was so great! He took time to really help us out and get us the best deals. Highly recommend him and this store.
