AT&T Store, Abilene TX

I walked into the store at 12: 02 on Sunday and was immediately greeted by Sales Rep Chris. I told him what I needed and he had me in and out in 35 minutes. Very knowledgeable and built rapport with my quite well. I work in sales and know how important that is. I will more thank likely be seeing him in the next few days to see if it is possible to add a third line for my sister. Ask for Chris!

I visited the store at 4243 Southwest Dr. Justin Price went above and beyond customer service. I wasn't expecting that from AT&T. I just wanted to recognize this young man for his customer service, if you ever need service go with him. When ready to purchase a phone I certainly will look him up.

Ms. Justin was very polite and very helpful he asked if I had any questions helped me get my phone back to working tried all possible ways and also offered products in stock and we bought a screen protector. Gave us great customer services would come back to look for his help in a future

If you go to AT&T AtvSouthwest Drive, Abilene you gonna found professional representatives, I’ll go there always and they really gonna help, I went yesterday and the representative as soon I open the door receive me with a big smile, he is very professional, respectful, kindness, answer all my questions And resolve my issue. Everyone at this store was very kind and helpful. This place is my go to when I need help or an upgrade or anything.

Austin Ryan in the Southwest Drive store in Abilene was very helpful, courteous, and competent. He gave me clear instructions for my part and did all the necessary work in the AT&T system to help accomplish what I needed done.

Wonderful customer service, our Ministry was treated very disrespectfully by another AT&T location and when we came here not only did we get our issue resolved but they went above and beyond. They were very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. We truly recommend this store.

I never leave reviews. But I wanted to say that Ron was absolutely awesome with helping us get set up. He was very patient with dealing with some annoyances (completely on my end and Verizon’s end) took us a bit to get resolved but he was fantastic helping us out. Very knowledgeable for any weird questions I had! Thanks again for the help man!

Daniel was great. I love this at&t on South clack always great customer service Daniel stayed after hours for us and did all he could to get everything that we needed.

Left Verizon because my wifes phone bill was 96 dollars a month was told that my bill would only be 76 a month for unlimited wich was the same i had with Verizon aka the better service and rate, got my bill and come to find out theres a 40 dollar a month charge to use the contract so its at 116 a month and to end the contract cost 1100 dollars, so dont fall for it. Verizon users they have less signal also, dont spend more for less, just stick with Verizon

I found the employees and management at this location to be by far the best AT&T staffing I’ve had the pleasure of being served by in every aspect of customer service throughout various years of being with AT&T!

Brandon @ the store on S. West Dr. He was helpful informative and patient with me. He listened to my six month nightmare of switching to sprint so that I could have access at my job to get phone calls from my mother. The process of switching back was very easy and streamlined.
I would Anybody that is having issues with Sprint to come here and come back to AT&T. I was with him for over 15 years and now I’m back and I won’t leave again.

We walked in at closing time and they stayed and took care of us. What awesome service. Highly recommend these guys. Keegan, Chris and Bailey went above and beyond.

Poor Customer Service. They don't seem to CARE if they get your problem taken care of. They are more interested in selling phones and Direct TV.

I had a negative first-time experience at this AT&T store. I signed in online which stated a zero wait time. When I arrived with my family, Taylor stated they did not have any record. She was not friendly. We signed in and waited 20 mins, people who signed in after, got seen before us. My dad was tired so I decided we should leave.
I went back to the store to ask a question and to make a complaint against Taylor. She consistently gave me angry looks while getting assisted by Cutter, C.and the assistant store manager. Her performance was poor and her supervision and customers need to know that.
