AT&T Store, Wylie TX

Service was great, I got my NEW SIM card fast and easy, O GOT TO CHOOSE MY PHONE NUMBER! We had a conversation about the chairs and that's all that I have to say (bye I LOVE SURVAYS)

I called because I was having trouble with my cell phone. Found out they only are trained to sell the phones. If you have a problem with AT&T cell phone call AT&T.

Richard “Rich” was extremely knowledgeable and handled all of our needs, answered all questions and helped us to understand how to get the most from our new devices! Excellent service from AT&T!

Always very helpful and get everything accomplished here. Much easier to come to the store to accomplish your account needs than their website.

I bought my latest Samsung here. Worked with [DaVon], very well versed with what I needed, all my questions answered, many questions with clarity, respect and attention to details -then came Dallas the Asst. Manager who took it to a whole new level. I had a very old model that had severe screen issues. Overall. I was really impressed. Everyone in this store is always about the CUSTOMER. You get the vibe that you are really important here!

Just leaving the AT&T store to upgrade my phone. Ask for Rich Avila! I had such a great experience. I always dread going to do anything in my phone in fear of it taking so long. Rich was efficient, informative and very polite. He got me in out with my new iPhone 12 Pro in less than 15 minutes! No joke! Thank you Rich for making the process so easy!

After going to 2 different AT&T stores and 1 Best Buy and being denied ability to buy an iPhone 12, even outright, Dallas set us up - less than $80 out the door with a brand new iPhone 12 256gb iPhone 12 purple. The other stores would not sell us the phone outright or wanted a credit check to sell us the phone and one AT&T store even told me they do not sell iPhones when we were looking at the display together.
Dallas switched the account to post paid, upgraded the line, and 1 week later we have an iPhone on payments no credit check required. Amazing. Best customer service possible.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for options, especially if you got turned away at a different store!

Good friendly service but had none of the phones I was wanting. Had to settle for something different. Thier stock items could use a helping hand. Perhaps someone qualified should order stock.

My experience at the Murphy AT&T store was great. The woman that helped me, Huda, knew the answer to every question I had, and was very personable and friendly.

Isreal was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of my husband's phone trade-in with ease.

I had to drive to this store due to bad experience at another AT&T store. Candido helped me with the same issue smiling face. I had to wait 30 mins for my turn. But the whole attitude of staff and manager was heart warming. This is now my store to go even though it's a bit of a drive for me.
