We had the absolute worse experience changing from Sprint/T-Mobile to ATT. It took 5 hours in one setting to only have to cancel the process because everything went wrong including turning phones off. Came back to round 2 that took an additional 3 hours. Still not certain everything was handled correctly until we get a real bill. The reason for shifting to ATT was due to service availability. Otherwise we would NOT ha e changed to ATT

Took me a total of 8 hrs across 2 days to get my phones switched over. Then I had to take the phones home to complete the setup and transfer of data and apps. I don’t fault the rep who was working with us because it appears their process is broken. I’ve never had an experience this bad. I can only hope the att service is good

We recently went in to upgrade our phones and add a line to our plan. I was honestly dreading it because every time we have upgraded our phones we were in the store for hours and had to deal with the typical AT&T sales rep. This time was the best experience in over 15 years as an AT&T customer. Pedro was available right as we walked in. We told him what we needed to do- upgrade 3 phones and add a new line and he immediately check our plan, was able to save us a few dollars and within an hr.we had all the phones, downloaded and ready for use. Pedro was friendly, helpful and efficient. The Bee Caves store will now be where we go (which means driving past another store that is closer but has rude employees). Thank you Pedro and the Bee Caves management for creating such a pleasant phone buying experience!

Kevin at the Bee Cave Galleria store helped us, and he was awesome. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Everyone in the store seemed the same. Highly recommend!

I walked in for just an upgrade and ended up saving my family $40.00 a month with a new 5G Unlimited Plan. I also got a deal, I traded in my old iPhone 8 and got $700 of my new IPhone 12 Pro! Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience.

The employees were outstanding just way too many 'problems for a simple task. Charged twice and couldn't cancel order so I have to receive product to go and return it.it was almost 3hrs total to try to place order and try to fix it. Not including trying to return it when I receive it. But employees were helpful.

I went in because my phone would not charge and I thought I would have to replace my phone. Kevin cleaned up my phone's charging ports and referred me to a phone repair shop to fix my screen. Saved me a lot of money, great customer service!

The service at the Bee Cave AT&T store was terrific when I went in for a new phone the other night. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and one of the managers, Kevin, helped me to pick out the phone and needed accessories and to get all set up. It was a busy evening, and he multi-tasked like a pro, fielding phone inquiries and minding another table of customers without leaving me feel I was being ignored.

These guys are great. Stopped in to ask about getting a hotspot since Spectrum internet has been down for a week. Kevin Carpenter was very helpful and directed us to a plan that provides more hotspot data for $10 less than we currently pay. Great customer service!

Well I've had issues with my phone for months now and neither calling 611 or walking into the South Mopac location solved any of my problems until I met ASIF at this location. I have been without notifications alerts and connecting to my car for over a month and finally found a rep to fix my problems. Asif got my notifications up in a matter of minutes and offered to help reconnect my phone to my car. The man at the south location refused to walk to my car to help. Asif went out of his way to make me a very happy customer and I will be taking my issues to this location every time. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

The Hill Country Galleria Store is always clean and organized when I go in! Last week their employees helped me figure out my contacts from my old phone to my new one! They were very helpful! If I could I would give them 10 stars instead of 5!

Had a great experience here today. The new manager from Marble Falls (Kevin?) was very patient and skilled. He navigated the clientel like a lynx.making sure everyone was taken care of. Store is great and they are lucky to have him!

Bought a new phone as a surprise for my daughter. Initially, worst customer service we’ve ever had! Longest wait to install and transfer (4 1/2 hours) with a rude, awkward employee running the show.
We left to calm down. Thankfully an Aggie helped us the second time and he was wonderful! And quick!

I had the best example of customer service from the only person from AT&T and Direct TV that ever cared. His name is Dillon Dorsey a assistant manager at the AT&T store in Bee Cave Texas.
He solved a billing issue that had been going on for months with no response. He is the single reason that I remain a wireless customer and should be rewarded for his willingness to support a long time customer and go beyond the call as others did not.
He is an example that should be copied and learned from.
I am the former SVP of Global Services from Dell and know the value of this type of service.
