Terrible customer service, they are big liars!
They charge me money to set up my home internet and I was running after them every day like I don’t have an account with them. They are telling me that I don't have an account with them. I don’t suggest this place to anyone.

Suku’s such a friendly sales person, he answered all the confusing questions that we had and try to give us the best plan possible! Recommend him for anyone that’s trying to get a new plan

I came in today sep 10,2022 due to the fact that I just had gotten a new phone and added a new line to my account and both phones were not working properly as they should. Suku was absolutely helpful and fix all my issues that I had and on top of that connected my Apple Watch to my new phone as well. He was very professional and above all very patient. I thank him so much and totally recommend him too!

Scammers, they are playing around with people. Do not pay them money ever, they can tell you that they didn't get money from you. Do not trust them.

Great experience! Can’t remember who I worked with, I think it was Brent or Brad, but they were very helpful, kind and quick. Was also up for an upgrade, and loved the easy process. Highly recommend for anyone who dropped their phone in the lake and needs a new one?

Went to get phone fixed. Said I was eligible for upgrade. Did all of paperwork, transferred data, getting ready to leave then found out I wasn't eligible for upgrade. I would have been paying for 2 phones when I only need one. Had to undo everything. Couldn't even fix my phone. Had to go to Apple store. Spent 2 hours in the store for nothing. Would give zero stars if I could.

The agent was very rude, she gave me false statements about i have to have phone insurance to get a phone upgrade to get me to pay more, found out later that the insurance was optional and i got the phone from att website with no insurance, very rude and won't recommend the place.
