14Horrible service - I went in because I was having problems with my phone. I was asked what I expect them to do? I was then told there was nothing they could do and to go find a Samsung store to see if they can fix it. I was quite literally rushed out of the store because they were too busy watching soccer.
We were transferring from another carrier and one employee “Paloma” helped us ALL the way. I really commend her patience with all the questions we had. She made our experience and move so smooth.
I went in to see when my appointment was scheduled, come to find out it was not set up anymore and Hugo had to set my appointment back up. Hugo was a great pleasure and took care of my needs. I'm very pleased to have come into this location and have such great customer service.
I went into the AT&T store in Copperwood Village with an trade in issue. I was greeted by Sean who from that moment took care of the situation. It took three days to fix this problem however Sean stayed on top of it and kept me informed. I appreciate a company who has employees who take care of their customers and not immediately tell them they have to call it in themselves. Big kiddos to Sean and AT&T service! I recommend this store to anyone! Excellent customer service!
Always a very quick in and out service. The staff are always helpful and make sure I’m getting the most out of my ATT services.
Great service - no wait. I was greeted immediately and was asking my questions within 20 seconds. The rep spent time going through my options and helped me find what I wanted even though that was online (wasn't available at the store.) Also pointed out a discount I almost missed and explained my service change options required for the upgrade offer I was there for. SUPER service. I never felt rushed and was happy with my purchase decisions.
Not helpful. Associate said anything I wanted to have done I could just do it online and did not assist me with it. It seems they just didn't want to help.
I requested to add additional lines. I am a AT&T retiree. Because I am black They placed a fraud alert on my account. If I was white, I could have gotten 20 phones without a problem. I have been with the phone service since 2003. Now what do that tell you?
The experience was amazing from start to end. We were greeted right away as one of the rep decided to open the door for my family and I. The rep that assisted us was Paloma. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. (What more could you ask for when you are trying to jump from another phone company to AT&T?) I recommend if you are thinking of switching or starting a phone company and planning to go with AT&T. This location is recommended. Oh, and I found out they have a kiosk there if you ever want to drop by to pay your bill through the Kiosk. Don’t forget to ask about the promotions they are running. Thank you, Paloma!
Yesterday I went to this store, my phone absolutely was no working, I ask for help to one of the guy and he just turn off and then turn on the phone, “now is working” (rude) and it was no working I had to go to another store for help.
They were very helpful with telling me I could update my phone to only tell me they have no phones in store. If you don't have anything in store then why waste my time in trying to help me.
We were deceived in this store! The need to pay $ 60 for the connection was hidden from us and the real cost of services was deceitfully reduced. We were shown $ 45 instead of $ 60. As a result, we received bills for $ 220 in one week. Strongly do not recommend this company!
Very disappointed for bad customer service with the store reps. Then the store manager toss my issue out the window, without even offering to look into my account further.
