15They lie quote the wrong price to get you in charge early before your bill is do and they charge if there's a mistake to bad you have to call customer service because there's no manager on duty and they ast manager can't do. Anything
Edgar was extremely helpful to my husband and I concerns and wants. He assisted us as soon as we walked into the store and assisted with different options for phone lines with the promo available. Edgar even went beyond in calculating the additional options for phone lines for our current plan and we ended up purchasing 2 extra lines for our plan.
Edgar is truly great & I will return to work with him!
Luis Canales was very patient, knowledgeable, precise, caring, not in a rush, smart intelligent, very maticulus, not trying to force me to buy something I Ddnt want or ask for and later end up upset, and should be the face of Att and paid well beyond what he is being paid now because he gifted and concerned that people get what they asked for. From a happy customer and that is thanks to Louis because what he does is him as a person and you can tell he was raised by wonderful parents who taught him well and that sales phones and services and brings new clients everything can’t be bought. -Temyra

The staff in the store were super nice and sweet. No complaints. Just wish Apple would keep their product stocked more in store so we didn’t have to go to two different locations. Other wise great experience and friendly staff at all locations we visited.

The representative, very politely told me: “Yes, I hear that a lot” when I was telling how frustrated I was with the inability of AT&T to have the same information across the board and to solve issues for its clients.
I feel bad for those that work for this company and who have to suffer the customers’ complaints.
The international representatives that pick the phone calls from other parts of the world, have 10 times more patience and they surely get paid three times-or more-less.
In general, no matter how courteous they are, they have not authority to make decisions and the “supervisors” will never respond back to you.
Beware. AT&T offers the worst service of any mayor carrier out there. Save yourself a big headache, stress and above all, money.
It was time to upgrade and to purchase a new phone. I had the pleasure of working with Pam, she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I still had an iPhone 6…. She made my purchase less painful, except for the price.
PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. Gustavo the so call store manager (what I was told he was) is like a used car salesman. He will smile in your face and promise you everything but the minute you leave and come back to collect on the promises. First he will have his staff screen his calls and give you excuses. One of them even told me " Oh he only does that for a select few so, you must be pretty special" Just blowing smoke up my *** when I just went up to the store he whispered something to his staff and begin to be rude and loud. Everyone in the store including other customers knew my business. I really couldn't believe that a manager or anyone in a place of service would be loud and rude and I have been in service taking care of soldiers and veterans for over 20 years. I will be going to a new phone service. PLEASE BEWARE (Went to a new cellphone company just because AT&T continue to employ a rude and dishonest person like Gustavo) Very Happy With New Company
Excellent attention, my husband, my daughter and I were very satisfied. I want to thank Derek especially for his patience and kindness towards us, a perfect mastery of his work, a boy worth keeping, also his manager who always he was on the lookout so that our experience in the store was the best, in short, thank you very much…!

Everyone there was great and helped me out. I had an older phone that had stopped working suddenly and had to make some quick decisions on a new phone. Gustavo and Derrick did a great job. I DO NOT enjoy buying new phones because I don't want to walk away with something I might regret later. I left with the right phone, I believe, or at least one that did what I needed. Gustavo and Derrick made sure that to point me in the right direction.

Every visit at this location has been positive. I am greeted when I walk in and immediately I am attended. Today's visit was another one of those experiences. Melissa greeted me, diagnosed the issue with the phone and found the solution. She also informed me of services to address the phone's cosmetic issue. She has been nothing less than professional and went an extra step to hold open the door as I left the store.
Tony at this Katy store was AWESOME! He gave me and my son Top Tier customer service. Even when we had a little snag in switching our phone Tony was able to problem solve at lightning speed coming up with a solution to get the line switched over. I one thousand percent recommend visiting this location off of Tony alone! He made me excited and extremely satisfied with my decision to add the line.
