This store has some of the best customer service reps ever Jake went above and beyond thanks bud I’ll definitely be returning

Americo was a great sales rep and went above and beyond with his service! We ran into an issue when purchasing my phone and he didn’t relent until he solved the issue! The manager there (sorry, didn’t get his name) was also very polite and offered me a free case and tempered glass for the issues that I experienced. I will only be coming to this location. Highly recommend!

The fact this location used to be one i swore i liked because they had somewhat good customer service but the fact that the rep named Jake wanted to push me into opening a whole new account which was absolutely unnecessary seeing as i’m still within winback period i got fed up and walked out BEWARE IF YOURE A CUSTOMER WHO LEFT WITHIN THE LESS THEN 90 DAYS PERIOD because they will try and force you into a whole new credit check literally making a mess with your check just for the hell of it!

Definitely had a GREAT experience! I was helped by Evette and Eli. They even followed up with me after I left the store. Definitely recommend this AT&T store! Ask for Evette or Eli!

I walked in the store and was helped right away. Everything was explained completely. All my phone information was transferred as well. Paperwork was explained and I was very satisfied. I was finished in less than an hour. Best experience I’ve had so far with AT&T.

I went in 2 months ago to check my account and was told about a special on internet that if I signed up for new internet I would receive a $300 gift card 2 months later no card so I called ATT rewards and they tell me they have no record of my agreement so disappointed I will never trust ATT and will cancel my account.

I have been lucky to get help from Mr. Fernando every time I have come in for assistance. He is always detailed with his information, showing the information physical as he verbally communicates it with you. Always friendly and caters to your every need. I look forward to working with him when I purchase my iPad. THANK YOU MR. FERNANDO!

We talked to Rico while getting a new phone for our 13-year-old and he was amazing… He explained everything thoroughly and we were very satisfied… I will be returning soon to update my phone as well!

Meek was GREAT Exelent customer service, well informed and really helpful, in the other hand the manager was not so welcoming even kinda rude.

Got helped right away. I was recommended to get the iPhone 12 because there’s a deal 50%off. I’m bad with names but he was very helpful and not pushy. I don’t care to get the latest phones because I only use the basic functions. I got the 12 with 128gb. Best phone I’ve ever had so far.

I was at ATT store today and saw Mickjael Baerga and want to express my extreme gratitude for his help and went above and beyond expectations! And he continues to do so even today thank you again!

I came into this ATT store a bit frustrated because I could not receive or make calls. There was a conflict because ATT switched off 3G service, which also knocked off my phone, even though it wasn't 3G.
I am in my 70's, so I have been through a lot of situations and I cannot ever recall having such patient and understanding service. Talk about going the extra mile.they went many miles and I am leaving the store totally satisfied. Wish every business served there customers this way. Thank You
