I came in today and had really great service from Juan Saenz. He helped set up our sims card and also helped up pick out a iPad. His communication skills are amazing and had us out in less then 20 mins.

Camron was amazing! I was met with a smile and a friendly demeanor upon entering the store which set the tone for the visit. He answered my questions thoroughly and made sure we were both on the same page before leaving. The customer service definitely made the experience for me. Thank you Camron!

I had ordered a replacement phone and was attempting to activate at home as I’ve done numerous times. My phone was stuck in SOS only mode. I rushed to the store (thought they closed at 8).

The associate Juan was absolutely amazing and got me squared away within 5 minutes.

I changed from Verizon to ATT. My primary reason to switch from Verizon was due to their poor customer service. Now that I am a member of ATT (who took advantage of their trade-in offer) I regret my decision to switch from Verizon.

I regret my decision because the ATT in-house CSR does not know the definition of customer service. I have made few attempts to return my old phone and at each attempt, the ATT CSR (at the Houston Heights location) found an error with the device, not wiped, not wiped properly, etc.

I understand the need to wipe the phone, I do. My issue is that the ATT CSR made no attempt to OFFER their assistance in helping with "properly" wiping my iPhone 12. After this discovery was made, the ATT CSR handed me my phone and went back to their personal smart device. A smart device managed by an ATT CSR; or, is the smart device managing the ATT CSR?

My one-star rating is a sympathy one-star rating.

I walked in and explained that I had spent 3 hrs on the on the phone with customer service and they told me that I needed to call them back. That really happened. I was shocked. I guess I shouldn’t have been. Never again will I be an AT&T customer. AT&T customer service is worse than Lowes appliances customer service and even worse than Carnival Cruise Lines during the pandemic. The absolute worst. All I needed was to be credited for the time that my internet wasn’t working and the people online told me no and then after I insisted they agreed. After spending hours on the phone, we hung up and they never did what they said. Very VERY bad company. They will waste your time and not even apologize for it. Don’t waste your time with AT&T.

Never come to this store. I regret the day I came into this place.

I have spent at least 12 hours in 6 different visits trying to fix problems with this incompetent customer assistance.

They offered me internet and phone lines with conditions that I never see, and worse, they set up an invoice charging me doble of what we agreed. This company owes me 500$ of overcharge in only two months of being with them.
