AT&T Store, College Station TX

Hunter was amazing he helped me and my daughter upgrade our phones and we came back a few days later for my husband. Excellent service!

The William d fitch location is awesome. Pat helped me, In and out in 10 minutes, lost my license and the Texas Ave location denied me even though I was already added as an authorized user. I had every other form of ID. They did not even mention the possibility of using an un scanned ID option with my own family account holder on the phone. GO TO THIS LOCATION, not the Texas Ave.the management there is lazy and negligent.

My husband and I went to the store on Wednesday the 9th and he was greeted by Pat. We had the best experience with him and he made everything very simple and even continued to help troubleshoot some stuff through texts the following day. I highly recommend going to see Pat! He knows his stuff and is not pushy like some sales people are. We will definitely be going back to see him for any future needs.

Went last night to add my Nephew to my plan and all the staff was very pleasant and helpful and the Associate that helped us Hunter was excellent very knowledgeable also helped my fiancé add a Apple Watch which she’s been wanting! He really is knowledgeable and very helpful and really needs Big recognition because he went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied before we left the Store! Thanks agian Hunter and the whole AT&T team there at that store!

Such a good experience getting my new Apple Watch. We had 2 Littles with us and AJ was so patient, kind, and accommodating even playing with my toddler for over 30 min while my phone updated. Highly recommend visiting her if you need a new phone!

Jeanie was ABSOLUTELY outstanding! She provided myself and my mother great customer service. My mother came to this store last year to get a phone and needed help with transferring her information from one phone to the next. The sales rep REFUSED to help her and my mother had irreplaceable photos and information on her phone. Even after explaining that to him, he still did not help her. Jeanie sure came to the rescue. She was patient and very kind, which is very rare to find nowadays. Thank you so very much Jeanie, you were very AWESOME! If anyone sees this my mother still has the phone and needs to get that information transferred.

Jeanie helped me out today. Great experience, got my plan adjusted and saved a bit of $, as well. Store was well staffed and the transaction was quick!
