AT&T Store, Frisco TX

This is by far the best AT&T store I have ever been to in DFW. From the minute l stepped foot in the store, l could tell the difference. Matthew was the rep who helped me and l cannot say enough good things about him. He was attentive, professional, patient, courteous, and most of all kind. He listened attentively to what l needed, proposed options and took the time to review pricing with me so l could stay within budget. I left a very happy camper! I highly recommend this store!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this store definitely deserves a positive one! Bree & Nicole (really hope I got those names right lol) took wonderful care of us getting our new wireless service set up. Moving from Spectrum internet, it was a breath of fresh air! Throughout the process they were patient and personable. In the past I dreaded going to the phone store; they made the process smoother & more pleasant than I anticipated it to be.

I have informed the person to upgraded my phone with trade-in but the person did it with out trade-in and I have wasted a lot time in reprocessing the trade-in.

This location was very friendly and professional. Oscar the sales director was very informative!

AT&T has a plan for first responders and I wanted to get a new phone they hooked me up on first net for my watch to. If you are a first responder go to Eldorado, they will make sure you are all hooked up. The manager leads a good team. Nicole was also a gem.

Fast service, attentive, and helpful employees. They really listen to your needs and are able to recommend the right things for you. I was able to get all my questions answered and left happy with my purchase.

Bree the manager is amazing, Lisa greeted me with the biggest smile I have ever seen in my life. I filed a claim on my phone they helped me package the old one and they have helped with everything. I am not going to any other store.

Oscar greeted me immediately when I arrived. He did a great job helping me and answering all of my questions. He was very helpful with phone and wireless plan information. I really appreciate Oscars approach to helping customers.

This AT&T location was absolutely amazing, the service I received from Matt and Shamira went above and beyond. They both took the time and effort to resolve the issue with porting my phone number from another carrier. I previously went to the Prosper AT&T store where it appeared as if I was disturbing the "Employee Julio" who barely wanted to assist me with my issue. SO i decided to go to this location in Frisco where I was treated like a customer rather than a nuisance. Thank you Matt and Shamira for solving my issue with Outstanding Customer Service. I highly recommend this location.

Management was unfortunately rude with assisting me. Very unprofessional and embarrassing the way she addressed a matter that an online customer representative created. Her tone changed once she realized it was an AT&T rep issue but her approach was if I created the problem I needed help with.

The associate, Guy, was super helpful! They were quick and friendly and even helped us through a hiccup in the process. We were very relieved that they knew exactly what to do so we could get our new phone. We definitely recommend asking for Guy specifically if you go here. Very fast and pleasant.

Bree was absolutely fantastic! After numerous phone calls to Customer Service, Bree was able to handle my phone transfer in no time! Come get FirstNet at Eldorado PKWY store!
