The store was quite busy and the store personnel was very satisfying and efficient in serving a need that I had for several months and had gone to Houston cooperate AT&T stores requesting assistance. The stores provided no satisfaction but told me they could not solve my problem. The store in Victoria took the time, solved the concerns, offered advice as to how the previous situation could possibly be avoided.
This has been the worst experience. We have been a customer for over 10 yrs. The account was my moms, she passed away and we needed to switch it to my dads to keep the same number since he uses it for work. This is our 3rd visit to the store in one week and have been here 3 hrs each time and it has been passed closing time and they still can’t get it resolved.
The only downfall of my recent visit was due to not being fully informed of the charger cord needing a special charger box and said box wasn't included with my purchase as my past phone purchases have. Very disappointing to need to dish out an additional $20+ for something that has always been supplied with the Initial purchase
We had great customer service and the store manager Juan made sure we where satisfied and left the store with all our devices working properly! Our sales lady worked very hard to make sure we where happy with the plan of our choice and explained all services offered! We are Excited to be back!
No More Dropped Calls or Service!
Edith and the store manager are extremely competent and incredibly patient. My problem was complicated and they worked the problem very quickly to resolve it, all after the store's closing time. AT&T should secure both of their services. They represent the best AT&T has to offer.
When I walked into store the guy was very nice and right away started dealing with my problems. He dealt with it and took care of it and sent me on my way within 30 minutes.

Went for trade in told we would receive $1000… Young lady decided it was too close to closing to process my trade in… I received an extension to ship my phone instead… then was told $800 for trade in… flash forward and now only $200! Store told me contact customer care to make it right! Despite having a representative verify $800 eligibility the store nor customer care wants to make it right! Phone has no scratches as shown and is in amazing condition. Will be canceling as soon as we find a better provider! What a scam! I’m out money and out a phone! Was told to call corporate office, but no one helped either!
Had internet connection problem as well as other issues with my iphone, 1st AT&T store couldn’t help … This is the 2nd store I went to, and they found all solutions I needed. Can’t be thankful enough for Justin’s patience and kindness. Very professional, efficient and nice person. Recommend 100%

My father in-law was charged $50 to activate a phone. The phone never took the activation.

I visited the AT&T store inquiring about their trade-in promo. My phone qualified and I was eager to complete the transaction. In doing so, the salesmen said we would have to order the new phone but not to worry, it would come in within 2-3 business days and I would have to choose my second choice phone color to have it shipped sooner. This was satisfactory and we processed the transaction. On the second business day after the transaction, I checked the status of the delivery. The estimated shipping day was now 3 weeks after the transaction occurred. This is unacceptable. Not only was the timing incorrect but now consistent with what it would have been had I purchased my primary phone color choice. This may or may not be rectifiable for my purchase but should be learned from. If you are offering one shipping duration, stick to it and follow through with your sale. Don't backtrack and lessen the quality of your service. AT&T, if you read this, please expedite my shipping for the duration you initially told me and take it out of your employee's check.
While the service rep, Justin spent significant time (more than 30 minutes) to try to determine why I could receive calls and texts but not data service, his ultimate determination that the cause was that I did not purchase my phone from AT&T was wrong. I left without data service. I went to another authorized dealer and they were able to restore my data service in less than 5 minutes. They told me that a data block had been placed on my service for some reason. I believe this was a way to try to FORCE me into buying a phone from their store and enter into a 3 year contract with AT&T. I'm thankful I decided to go to another location (authorized dealer rather than corporate store). I believe I received more honest and competent assistance at that store, and ultimately my problem was corrected.
A young man named Justin lagrone help me at the ATT store here in Victoria Texas he was unbelievably helpful I spent our pulling my hair out yesterday trying to fix my problem on the phone and he fixed it real quick real efficiently this man should be commended if every employee was like this the world would be a great place thank you bye that's awesome no tap tap
At&t would not allow my phone to make or receive calls. I was forced to purchase a new phone and pay for it fully without making monthly payments because I have a prepaid plan instead of an account. I feel cheated by this.
I wanted a phone similar to my Samsung galaxy 8 phone. The store employee sold me a galaxy a52 model for $540. He said the next model down for $250 was not a good choice. He should get a prize for sales, right? He was very courteous. I'm not excited about the purchase, but I'll live with it.
