AT&T Store, Farmers Branch TX

The sale associate there was very rude to me treated me less of a customer; because I didn’t go in the store for customer service, I called instead; the employe there; didn’t really want to answer my question; because he stated that he was very busy taking care of other customers in the store he said it in a rude way and hung up on me he said because he was the only one in the floor like if that’s my fault that’s no excuse to be rude to anybody ain’t my fault you’re the only one in the floor and ya understaffed. Very rude. I’m very dissatisfied.

Super fast service. Clean building. Everyone greeted me and Dylan helped me with my cell phone services. Went in for a billing problem and walked out with a new apple watch! I love it!

Very nice Rep helped me get my phone up and running again after someone found it and removed the SIM card and threw my cover away. A reward got it back for me. The Rep was very helpful and friendly.

Completed my number porting yesterday from Straight Talk to ATT. They couldn’t setup eSIM services over the phone due to elevated security measures when downloading QR code from the website. Had to go to the nearest retail store to get a QR code for activation. Still couldn’t get the ball rolling in the secondary IMEI, so, the rep set me up with a physical SIM instead. Full talk, text and data on deck! Very happy with overall experience and competitive pricing of plans.

Do not get at&t unless you enjoy buffering and hiden fees. And payment entrapment. Can't pay online unless auto pay.plus a $5 rep fee. Trash

I came into the store and Lisa assisted me with buying some accessories and helped me activate my new phone.she was also able to help me download apps, she was very very helpful

I was just in the store to return a phone from a messed up online order. Sarah, the manager went above and beyond to help me. We had to get on the phone with customer care a couple of times. She was patient, helpful, and even got me a water during my visit. I can’t say enough great things about this location. Thanks again Sarah, you kept me as a customer today!
