Blanca is amazing. She has beautiful smile very warm I love her personality. Everyone here is super sweet. The service is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable.

I was in a bad place in this phone. I couldn't turn off talk back. I rushed to At&t Customer service down fron my home. OMG Areej & Nick L. They saved my life quick & very helpful. They were so patient & outstanding.my phone is working. Thank you so much for having these incredible people on your team.

We went here to have our number transferred from Metro to ATT. The Assistant manger Arie and was AMAZING. She was very patient and did not get frustrated with Metro when I would have. I would definitely recommend this location if you want GREAT! Customer service

I went to the store to activate a phone which I bought for my niece. The Store Rep Cornelius understood our needs and was able to resolve the issues immdly and I am greatly satisfied with the Service here

Just showed up here ay 3: 10 pm and the door was locked with employees and customers inside. Sign says open. Also, signage says they don't close until 6pm. Not one employee had the decency to come to the door and either let us in or tell us why the door is locked with the OPEN sign lit up. Very unprofessional and rude!

The young lady that helped me on Saturday afternoon was amazing. Bester customer experience I've had anywhere in a long time. Thank you so much.

I went in to exchange AT&T wired earbuds. I was the only customer in the store. The employee identified as the manager seemed to go out of her way to be unhelpful and was borderline rude. There were no AT&T earbuds in stock and the “manager” lacked knowledge of other AT&T store locations, never offering to reach out to other AT&T stores to determine earbud availability. Never again …. And when it’s time to renew cell phone service, I’ll be shopping around because of this bad experience.

Service was awesome. Walked in was helped right away. It was easy to upgrade to a new phone. And was given great customer service
