AT&T Store, Frisco TX

Carlton was very friendly and took care of my requests quickly. I got what I wanted and happy with the way things went.

Anthony was extremely helpful figuring out a new phone and informing us about fiber internet - will definitely switch to AT&T fiber when it’s available!

They will charge extra add-ons without our notice. They did same thing to me I saw them on the first bill and went to store and asked the person who sold phones to us and he said he discussed with me but I am sure he didn’t. He looted extra 150$ from me

I in fact did not create this review! Instead as my cell phone was undergoing a transfer Alex gave himself his own review on my cell phone.

This is the second time I’ve gone to visit this AT&T store. It makes me extremely uncomfortable that when I woke up the next morning, I saw something from Google saying thank you for your review I never gave. Now, I wasn’t going to leave a review at all and let it ride that he has such a poor disposition, not just this time but the time I came in before as well.

He was able to help with some things to transfer off of my phone but when I asked one simple question about iPhones and it’s transfers from iCloud, he told me that he “didn’t know” and that I’d have to visit an Apple Store, I assume the one in the galleria? Number one this dude was young, he works at a cell phone place, and he had an iPhoned himself. I just asked because I’m not tech savvy and just wanted to know how to work my phone. These young kids are so disrespectful and know anything about building relationships with their customers these days. I don’t know if the guy was high or just hates his job but it shows, and I will never return to this store. The issue I have with my phone still is an issue and all of the information hasn’t been transferred over to the new phone yet. I have not been able to send it over to the Asurion
