AT&T Store, Seguin TX

Amazing store manager helped me and she was really nice and even helped me with something that wasn't even about my phone. Above and beyond service! Thank you att for picking the right people!

Amazing group of people! Never had such a great experience at an at&t store. Went in with a problem with my phone came out with my phone fixed and my plan cheaper because the lady took time with me and even asked me some questions to help with my billing. I'd recommend this store 100%

Amazing! This store has completely done a 180 run by a new manager this store has definitely turned around. She even got me set up with some ear buds for my old phone. Definitely coming back here for now on!

I recently took a power of attorney letter into the shop to try to change bank account information for my 85 year old mother who has dementia. The management would not honor my POA and told me it was because of their security protocols. So much for getting help.

Friendly staff and awesome service is my reason for continuing to do business at this location!

So a year and a half of my experience with ATT is a love and hate relationship. I always do the insanity thing and try to go through their phone customer service and when I’m done with that craziness I go to the store and Sabrina the store manger always fixes the unfixable. Att have a gem at their store that keeps this customer from going to another phone company.

Sabrina segovia is a very good manager, she knows more than the people paid to troubleshoot. They need to promote her status to benefit the company and the customers
