11Not sure I'll ever go back. The pushy salesman wouldn't listen to me. He wanted to put me on a business plan and I wanted a prepaid plan similar to what I was switching from. He wouldn't listen and kept talking down on what I wanted and kept pushing for a business line. If I go back to ATT it won't be from this store.
My husband and I are existing customers. We walked into the store this afternoon and waited 20 minutes or so to be helped. They assisted a woman who walked in 10 minutes after us before helping us. We walked out and don’t intend on returning.
After a very challenging experience with AT&T Customer Service on the phone where I lost an hour & half of time and was no better off when the call ended, I learned I should have just walked into the AT&T Lockhart store, where I found a very competent Marcus who very confidently solved my SIM card issue in a matter of seconds. He was able to clear up the communication mess that Customer Service created and clean up a couple of mistakes that Customer Service had made. No more phone calls for me. I'm going to the AT&T store in Lockhart from now on.
Marcus was extremely helpful, patient, and professional with me today. I really appreciated his positive attitude and genuine interest in resolving my problem. I will return! Thanks Marcus!
Went in and was waited on by the Store Manager (Marcus). I needed accessories and he showed me all my options and helped me make the best decision for my needs. Fast, courteous and helpful! Thanks Marcus!
Liz the attendant was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Minimum wait time. Walked out very confident.
Two side bars: 1 AT&T does not assist in transferring info from old to new device. Living in a rural area, internet services are slow if not nonexistent. It took all day to back up and transfer some information.
2. The store was extremely dirty. Had not been vacuum nor appeared to have been wiped clean.
Was not happy withphone customer service.
Was told, I was barking up the wrong tree.
So disrespectful to a good customer
She was very nice. I felt very at ease with her. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Also Liz was very, very helpful I will be returning if I ever need help again.
Associates were friendly, and knowledgeable. I was given all of the reasons why some things could and couldn’t be done. I was presented with multiple options to resolve my issue, and the most cost effective solutions were presented. Great experience.
I dont know how this place gets 5 stars or even 2. Terrible customer service. The gentlemen asked me if I had opened my lines in that specific location. When I told him no, the employee told me I could go on Android threads to find out why my 3 month old Galaxy Note 10 was malfunctioning because he didnt have time to find out what was wrong with my phone. I even told the employee I wanted to get a different phone, even if I had to pay this phone off and get a different one but his attitude was so bad and the way he talked to me made me just leave the location. I just switched from Verizon to at&t cause my brother in CA convinced me to try AT&T. I'm glad I never cancelled the lines with Verizon cause now I can just cancel AT&T and take my business to Verizon.
The staff member who assisted me was exceedingly patient and helpful. Very pleased with my visit!
