17We were greeted promptly when we walked in. The customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly direct us to a comparable phone and also assist us in changing phone service.
They are so awesome at this store. So patient and caring. They always take such good care of the customers.
Left a glowing review before the dust settled. We changed over 5 lines from one carrier and 1 line from another carrier. It took a large amount of time. I ended up having to go into the store three times and my son had to go to two different stores. Today, it blew up even worse. Troy had assured me that we would order a phone, it would come in and the port would be easy. Not true. The phone came in and had already been assigned a number. Now I have to return that phone and order another one, wait for it to be delivered and then port the number over. It has already been two weeks.paying for a line we can't use and still paying for another line from another carrier. Paying for service not received. Where's Lilly when you need her. It seems so easy on TV.

Just got a new phone and transferred service to AT&T store in Hewitt Texas. Knowledge of employees and service were outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business at this store. Made me feel welcome and they seemed to appreciate my business.
Barely had to wait. They were able to transfer our cell phones from one account to another so we could receive a discount bundle. Thank you.
I just walked out of AT&T and I can do nothing but rave about Troy. He took my issues, listened to me and helped my figure out everything in a friendly fun manner. And I walked out saving money! If you're ever in the neighborhood stop by and talk to Troy. That's the guy!

Had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a complicated task to do that I knew would take hours and they made it seem like minutes! Will most definitely be back when I’m due for an upgrade!
I had a problem with an old flip phone for my brother-in-law. No one online, at 611 or even at another AT&T store could figure out what was wrong. I came to the right place today! Yanet fixed everything for me and I’m more than grateful. She was a whiz even on an old phone. Thank you!
My dog in my lap caused me to put wrong number in satisfaction. I was 5 extremely satisfied! Holly, the store manager was extremely helpful, took my time and made decision what was best for me. I went there a couple months ago and the customer service was excellent when I left I thought I was saying goodbye to an old friend.lol. I know crazy right? But my hand to God it's how I felt. So I'll rate it a five stars on tlolwarm cozy feeling scale. Lol
The experience I had with Holly today was enjoyable. She is so capable yet when I asked her questions, she did not make me feel clueless. Very poised and great manner.
