AT&T Store, Sugar Land TX

I was at this store yesterday reason being, my AT&T number got canceled because I haven’t been using it since 5 months. I went to another store and they just dismissed me saying get a new number and it’s impossible to revive the account. I was going into Krogers and saw this store. I thought i will give it one more chance or else get a new number from here.
I was greeted by Muhammed and once I told him the problem, he said lets look into it. I too got the same response from the system saying the number is cancelled. What he did next is what makes him standout. He said lets call the corporate and check and he called him. After couple of back and forth, they retained the number and infact made it into E-SIM.
The effort this man put and the positive outcome is remarkable. It was just easy to say “sorry, take a new line”. But he did not and he proved his excellent customer service. Thank you

I was at the Sugarland Store. Abhishek the sales rep fixed my issue with my phone. He was sooo patient. My phone would only vibrate to my messages. Abhishek worked with the phone for about an hour and a half to make my phone work. He was so determine to make my phone work. He is very knowledgeable about the Galaxy phone. The other reps, Edgar, Norman, and Zubair are very friendly and patient and knowledgeable about the cell phone. They all have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
