Do not go to this store, one of the employees tricked me and opened a cell phone service without me knowing it! In my name horrible that people would do this

Very unprofessional and lack customer service and knowledge. They were all over the place and most of the time stayed in the back room. They kept saying they will “get with their manager” and when “the manager” came out she was licking her fingers and carrying a tablet. Mind you she never even pulled our account info up, instead she disrespected my husband by making a foul comment about credit scores insinuating that he had poor credit when inquiring about a phone. The lobby was full of customers waiting while the whole team stayed in the back. Severe training is needed.

This location has an excellent staff. Every time I have gone there they have greeted me at the door and were able to assist me with all my needs in a courteous and respectful manner. Pedro is truly a master of his trade and gave us top tier customer service. I highly recommend this location for all your AT&T needs!

I have a business account with my wireless service and I had made some changes at a different store and I had issues and Carla was very helpful with me she knew just had to handle my problems she was very patient and showed so much care and made me feel so appreciated but as a customer of AT&T and I will definitely use AT&T again because of her!
Best customer service!

When in today to check out my options for a new phone. Karla greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. We went through my options and she answered all my questions. I ended up getting the iPhone 13 with all the bells and whistles. She was totally awesome and patient with me! Thanks Karla! Her traineee Britni showed me the awesome JBL speaker that was loud and clean that I’m gonna go back next payday and purchase it! Thank you ladies!

I absolutely love the experience, Ky broke down everything about my bill I was going to be charged for and helped me pick out the case I wanted. Coming back to get my husbands phone too.

Went in to get a SIM card and Jess was very helpful! She was with another customer when I went in and was very patient and kind to the elderly woman. When Jess was helping me, her attitude was great! Very positive and knowledgeable. Thanks, Jess!

AT&T offers a 512GB of memory on the Samsung S22 ultra but they actually don't make those anymore. They won't tell you this till they get you in the store and then they try to swap it out for something else

AT&T made an error in their system when I traded in my phone online. They connected my new phone to the wrong phone number, and it was a whole mess trying to correct the error, especially with Apple's new eSim cards. Overall a terrible experience, and AT&T didn't even offer a credit for the disrupted service. Giving 2 stars because the problem was eventually resolved.

Note: The guys at this location were great, the problem wasn't their fault in the first place. It's AT&T's fault for having a terrible online trade in system.

I don’t usually do a review but in this case I need to say something. We where promised a promotional item during our visit. A 300 dollars Jbl speaker. When we tried to leave with the promotional item then we where told It was not a promotional item we where going to pay for it on our account. They could not figure how to add it to our account. Because We switched around some services and they saved us money they where going to add the item and hope we did not see it on our bill. This is bad Buisness. The only way we found out was be caused they where not able to add it to our account. No one should be lied to just so they can make a bigger sale. We are waiting to talk to the district manage because we don’t want some one else to get taken advantage of. This was the Alvin at&t

Ky was the best help I could've recieved, he was very knowledgeable and nice, and helped me get a new phone without breaking the bank. I definitely recommend him to anybody going in.

Carla is very Attentive and very professional, she really knows her job! I was in and out within five minutes and she had taken care of my issue with my phone and showed me what to do if it reoccurred unlike the day before the same thing happened and I went to another store that was closer to where I was at at that point and they didn’t show me how to fix it so thank you so much Carla keep up the awesome work!

Ky was very informative and helpful. He took time to look at all options available for what I needed. He was detail oriented. When I had any questions, Ky immediately had an answer. His skill set made me feel that I was doing business at the right store. I'm grateful to have such great customer service in my hometown.

Daniel was the PERFECT help. He was patient and helpful in every way. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have ended up leaving with two new phones! He deserves a raise
