Andy what An amazing help as soon as we walked into the store he was there greeting us to see what we needed. He helped me choose which phone was best for us and walked us through the whole process what to do so it was easy and how to set up a second number in my phone.awesome help left satisfied with the service

Very rarely write reviews but the service here is just bad. After ordering the new phone I’ve had to come back to the store multiple times because they did not include my apt number on the order.

Everyone I talk to at the store says to call UPS call AT&T to fix. When I call they say to talk to the store. No one at the store cares enough to try and fix so I am having to do all the leg work to correct their mistakes.

Please choose another AT&T store.

Daniel Torres was awesome here at the corporate store. He took his time with me and and answered all my questions, and gave me a solution to all my problems. Highly Recommend Daniel Torres A+ customer service glad I came to this store well recommended.

Andy was great! There were some internet issues at the store that slowed down the service but he was very friendly, taught me things about my plan, insurance, accessories, and didn't rush me out even though the internet issues were slowing us down. He even offered to share some candy with me! I was also helped by Dionne a few days previously and she was fantastic! She understood my goal and helped look me up to see what I qualified for. I felt truly understood and like she genuinely wanted to help me, especially after overhearing my frustrating conversation with the insurance people. I was also pleasantly surprised that my wait time was low (under ten minutes) both times in the store! I’ve never had a better experience at AT&T (actually the very opposite usually)!

Bad signal, terrible internet, I can't work with the Uber driver app because of the bad signal, it affects my personal life and my work.

I have had nothing but awful service at this store (and company as a whole). Make sure to get the business card of the employee you are working with, because if and When your issue is not resolved, they will pass it on to someone else and start the process over of not actually solving anything. Good luck getting anything done in this store or with this company as a whole. Frances Jones lied about unlocking my phone last week and now we have to start the process over again. I asked her 10 times if there was ANYTHING else I needed to do in order for this to be complete, and she assured me that she did everything. It is now 10 days later and apparently she never summited the request.

The staff here is very helpful and I left feeling very satisfied with the assistance I received here! The staff listened to the issue we were having (as a result of the Domain store location) and we’re very quick to resolve our issue!

I got an appointment for evening in the afternoon. I was on time for the appointment and then they told me that it will take still 30 mins and the reason they told me is that they are short staffed. Then why are they scheduling appointments and wasting other people's time.

Poor customer service, I had visit store several times just to return my mobile. Each representative takes a lot of gap between assisting other customer. Avoid this store.

Came here to get a new line and spent an hour trying to figure out how to activate the line but I couldn’t. And I was told to get the line deactivated myself and took 15 more minute. Pretty disappointing.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! From the store to the customer service.
They have been lying to me saying they fixed the issue and here I am 6 months later still trying to figure out what they “fixed”
The assistant manager Adam incorrectly returned my device, didn’t refund me my sales tax, and cancelled my number - I should of just ran when all that happened. But no, I understood the mistake they reassured me it would be fixed.
Every month my service is suspended because I was charged for 2 phone lines, and 2 devices.
Here I am on customer service trying to resolve the issue but still being told that they can’t fix my bill. The manager currently won’t credit my account because it’ll “flag” him. But I’m still paying for a mistake that wasn’t my fault.
Worst choice and experience ever! And I came from sprint. That’s saying ALOT!

Great Service every time I come to this store, Frances was awesome she helped with my device and was able to get me a discount on my monthly service. She is great and staff is always so nice!

I have always appreciated the AT&T store at Arboretum for over 10 yrs! I am so grateful for how the employees there help me with my needs for my phone or my kids’ phones. Today I went in to ask about an issue I was having w my new phone and one of the apps. Michael was a wonderful greeter and genuine while finding a way to be personable too. Made my day better! He also aptly helped me with my technical question. I walked out with way better use of my phone. Thank you for providing great trained employees who show their personability too.

Crooked organization! Do not do business with them. They lie and try to add things to your bill. I have internet service ONLy and 3 months into service they mysteriously added a cell phone.the fraud department is so effin lazy and corrupt they literally wanted me to " wait until it goes to collection" before they would " consider it fraud". As a publicly traded company the AG needs to investigate their business practices. Managers are liars, regional managers teach others to lie.very sneaky and deceptive business practices.go elsewhere and do not ever trust these snake oil scumbags.

So my new puppy chewed through the cable that runs from our wall data jack into our Uverse modem, severing our internet to the house. Not great! So I stopped by looking to buy a replacement cable (which inconveniently is a smaller RJ11-style connector rather than the typical RJ45 ethernet cable). It turns out they don't sell cables at the AT&T store and neither Best Buy, Office Max or Target had them in stock - but the staff was super helpful and went through spare cables they had in store until we found one that worked and sent me home with it at no charge. Thank you!

Edward Linn is the general sales manager at the store in the Arboretum, and he helped me tremendously when my sons phone got stolen a couple of days ago. And it was his birthday as well! Made everyone happy - I Called around to many many stores and they gave me the best deal. We’ve worked with him many many years and recommend him and AT&T!

Most rude and unprofessional female associate I've ever met. You don't talk down and roll your eyes at long term customers. Now I have a watch not working on lte because of there guidance! Awfully location!
